【摘要】:以我國火力發(fā)電行業(yè)A股上市公司2009~2014年的數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,實(shí)證研究了火電企業(yè)生態(tài)創(chuàng)新對經(jīng)濟(jì)績效的影響及高管團(tuán)隊(duì)異質(zhì)性對二者關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。運(yùn)用企業(yè)碳排放量及凈利潤的數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建了生態(tài)創(chuàng)新的測量指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明:火電企業(yè)實(shí)施生態(tài)創(chuàng)新對短期經(jīng)濟(jì)績效存在負(fù)面影響,但有利于長期經(jīng)濟(jì)績效的提升;高管團(tuán)隊(duì)年齡、職位任期異質(zhì)性對生態(tài)創(chuàng)新與短期經(jīng)濟(jì)績效的負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系具有顯著的正向調(diào)節(jié)作用,但職能背景異質(zhì)性對二者關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用不明顯;高管團(tuán)隊(duì)異質(zhì)性對生態(tài)創(chuàng)新與長期經(jīng)濟(jì)績效之間的關(guān)系不存在調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Taking the data of A share listed companies in China's thermal power industry from 2009 to 2014 as samples. This paper empirically studies the influence of ecological innovation on economic performance of thermal power enterprises and the regulating effect of heterogeneity of executive team on the relationship between the two. The measurement index of ecological innovation is constructed by using the data of carbon emissions and net profits of enterprises. Indicates that:. The implementation of ecological innovation in thermal power enterprises has a negative impact on short-term economic performance. However, it is beneficial to the improvement of long-term economic performance; The age and tenure heterogeneity of executive team has a significant positive regulation effect on the negative correlation between ecological innovation and short-term economic performance, but the function background heterogeneity has no significant regulating effect on the relationship between them. The relationship between ecological innovation and long-term economic performance is not regulated by the heterogeneity of executive team.
