以園為本,建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型幼兒園

【摘要】:幼兒園是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)共同體,幼兒教師是建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型幼兒園的關(guān)鍵。在創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型幼兒園的實(shí)踐中,四川省成都市雙流縣機(jī)關(guān)幼兒園堅(jiān)持以因?yàn)楸?通過園本培訓(xùn)、同伴互助、個(gè)體反思等路徑,既促進(jìn)了幼兒教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,也帶動(dòng)了幼兒的全面健康成長,還提升了幼兒園的組織實(shí)力。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten is a systematic learning community, preschool teachers are the key to the construction of learning kindergarten. In the practice of establishing learning-type kindergarten, the kindergarten of Shuangliu County, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, insists on "because-based", through the way of garden-based training, peer assistance, individual reflection and so on, which has promoted the professional development of preschool teachers. It also promotes the overall healthy growth of young children, but also improves the organizational strength of kindergartens.
