【摘要】：一位化學(xué)教研員告訴我,他常常和學(xué)校老師們一起讀《人民教育》上的小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)和小學(xué)語(yǔ)文的教學(xué)案例。他說(shuō),這些案例大家都能看得懂,從中也能受到很多啟發(fā)。這話讓我非常感動(dòng)。倒不是因?yàn)槲覀兙庉嫷膬?nèi)容找到了知音,而是被一種學(xué)習(xí)的精神,一種學(xué)習(xí)的境界所打動(dòng)。中學(xué)的老師學(xué)小學(xué)的案例,且是不同的學(xué)科,還能有所收獲,這是怎樣的學(xué)習(xí)視野,怎樣的汲取力量。其實(shí),學(xué)習(xí)本來(lái)就是一種領(lǐng)悟,就是一種對(duì)真理、對(duì)規(guī)律的追尋,所以不一定非得一對(duì)一、二對(duì)二。新的教育理念、課堂教學(xué)規(guī)律、研究教學(xué)實(shí)踐的方法,很多東西都是相通的,只要有意增長(zhǎng)自己的教育智慧,可借鑒的面就寬闊了許多。正是出于這種考慮,編發(fā)了下面的文章,讀一讀,看看是否可以找到一點(diǎn)兒感覺或門道。
[Abstract]:A chemistry researcher told me that he often read cases of elementary mathematics and Chinese with school teachers. He said that these cases can be understood by everyone, and there are many lessons to be learned from them. It moved me very much. It is not because we have found a close friend, but by a spirit of learning, a realm of learning. Middle school teachers learn the case of primary school, and different subjects, but also harvest, this is how to learn vision, how to draw strength. In fact, learning is a kind of comprehension, a pursuit of truth and law, so it doesn't have to be one to one, two to two. New educational ideas, classroom teaching rules, methods of studying teaching practice, many things are in common, as long as the intention to increase their own educational wisdom, can be used for reference a lot wider. It was with this in mind that the following article was published and read to see if one could find a sense or a way.
