教師研究工作坊:一種新的園本教研組織形式

【摘要】:教師研究工作坊是以自組織性、團隊合作性、自然真實性、靈活性為特征的學習研究組織形式。在幼兒園有關措施的保障下,我們開展了"情景觸動式""多點聚焦式""持續(xù)跟進式""激情創(chuàng)意式"等開放多元的園本教研活動,促進了本園教師的專業(yè)成長。
[Abstract]:Teacher Research Workshop is a learning research organization characterized by self-organization, teamwork, natural authenticity and flexibility. Under the guarantee of the relevant measures in kindergarten, we have carried out open and diversified teaching and research activities, such as "scene touch", "multi-point focus", "continuous follow-up", "passionate creativity" and so on, which has promoted the professional growth of teachers in the garden.
