【摘要】：在對粵西164名民辦幼兒園園長管理自我效能感進行調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出推行目標(biāo)化管理、績效評價,融入情感管理,加強組織文化建設(shè),創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型組織等,以提高民辦幼兒園園長管理的自我效能,提升管理質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of 164 private kindergarten directors' sense of self-efficacy in management in western Guangdong, this paper puts forward to carry out targeted management, performance evaluation, integration of emotion management, strengthening the construction of organizational culture, and establishing learning organization, etc. In order to improve the self-efficacy of the management of private kindergartens, improve the quality of management.
