【摘要】：從幼兒生活具有整體性與連續(xù)性的視角出發(fā),為了充分發(fā)揮幼兒園作為"親子共育"基地和社區(qū)"幼兒教育"中心的作用,以幼兒園為核心整合多方資源,形成教育合力,促進幼兒健全發(fā)展,日本政府從本世紀初開始大力推進幼兒園的育兒援助事業(yè),其理念與具體措施對推進我國的"家園合作"提供了有益的啟示。在政策支持下,日本幼兒園為在園和未入園幼兒及其父母提供了多種形式的育兒援助,主要包括由心理醫(yī)生等外部人員或幼兒園教師實施的育兒商談、對未入園幼兒實施保育、園舍開放、通過報紙雜志網(wǎng)絡(luò)等提供育兒信息、由園外人員或園內(nèi)教師實施的育兒講座、家長助教、以父親為重點的保育介入等。為了保障育兒援助的質(zhì)量,日本文部科學(xué)省還組織開展了以幼兒園教師、保育所保育員、教育委員會相關(guān)負責(zé)人為對象的"育兒援助指導(dǎo)者培訓(xùn)"項目,并提出了諸多注意事項。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the wholeness and continuity of infant life, in order to give full play to the role of kindergarten as a "parent-child education" base and a community "early childhood education" center, kindergarten is the core to integrate various resources and form educational resultant force. In order to promote the healthy development of young children, the Japanese government has been vigorously promoting the nursery care assistance from the beginning of this century. Its concept and concrete measures have provided beneficial enlightenment for the promotion of "home cooperation" in our country. With the support of the policy, Japanese kindergartens provide various forms of childcare assistance to children in and out of kindergarten and their parents, including, inter alia, child-care negotiations carried out by outside personnel such as psychologists or kindergarten teachers, and child care for children who are not enrolled in kindergarten. The garden house is open and provides childcare information through the network of newspapers and magazines, child-care lectures conducted by outside staff or teachers in the garden, parent-assistant teaching, paternal care intervention, and so on. In order to guarantee the quality of child care assistance, the Ministry of Education and Science of Japan has also organized and launched a "training for childcare assistance instructors", targeting kindergarten teachers, caregivers of childcare institutions, and relevant heads of education committees. And put forward a lot of matters needing attention.
