【摘要】：正日前從南京市政府召開的全市幼兒助學(xué)券發(fā)放工作會(huì)議獲悉,從今年9月新學(xué)期開始,包括流動(dòng)人口子女在內(nèi)的全市17萬在符合兌現(xiàn)條件幼兒園就讀的適齡幼兒,將按照每人每年2000元標(biāo)準(zhǔn)享受政府發(fā)放的"幼兒助學(xué)券"。南京成為全國率先免除幼兒基本教育費(fèi)用的城市。"為確保今年秋季開學(xué)全市適齡在園兒童都能按時(shí)享受到‘助學(xué)券’,市和區(qū)縣兩級(jí)財(cái)政共安排資金3.4
