幼兒教師培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究

【摘要】:國(guó)家發(fā)展的永恒主題是人的素質(zhì)現(xiàn)代化。教育現(xiàn)代化的前提是教師教育現(xiàn)代化。自20世紀(jì)90年代以來,歐美等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家為確保教師教育質(zhì)量,紛紛出臺(tái)教師教育改革政策,力主實(shí)現(xiàn)教師專業(yè)化,而特別值得關(guān)注的動(dòng)向就是出現(xiàn)了兩種質(zhì)量觀的轉(zhuǎn)變,即從關(guān)注教師“候選者”的質(zhì)量到對(duì)教師“教育機(jī)構(gòu)”質(zhì)量的轉(zhuǎn)變。這種從關(guān)注“輸出”到關(guān)注“輸入”,更能從源頭上把控質(zhì)量,而對(duì)質(zhì)量的監(jiān)測(cè)則利用相應(yīng)的教師教育機(jī)構(gòu)的認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來實(shí)現(xiàn)。新世紀(jì)以來,我國(guó)幼兒教師教育以迅猛的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)在許多高校中扎根、成長(zhǎng)。為確保幼兒教師的質(zhì)量能夠跟上時(shí)代的步伐,我們亟需制定和完善對(duì)幼兒教師培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)的資質(zhì)的認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn),只有機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立起來,才能找到教師質(zhì)量建設(shè)的方向。目前,我國(guó)各級(jí)各類教師教育培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)的資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)尚屬空白,本研究以幼兒教師培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)的資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)為切入點(diǎn),具有極強(qiáng)的理論價(jià)值和時(shí)代意義。本文第一章緒論主要介紹研究緣起、目的、意義、方法和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的綜述,從中提煉出本文探討的核心,即如何建構(gòu)一個(gè)適合于我國(guó)的針對(duì)高等教育中幼兒教師培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)的資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。第二章從理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)驅(qū)動(dòng)兩個(gè)層面探尋標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)立的動(dòng)力依據(jù)。從教育與社會(huì)、教育與人的發(fā)展關(guān)系理論、教育質(zhì)量觀、哲學(xué)價(jià)值取向理論和系統(tǒng)論這四個(gè)理論視角探討標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建構(gòu)依據(jù);從國(guó)外教師教育機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)價(jià)值取向的新趨勢(shì)以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)容改進(jìn)的新動(dòng)向,分析對(duì)我國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建構(gòu)的啟示;接著根據(jù)當(dāng)前我國(guó)基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的教師教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系需重建的訴求,厘清幼兒教師培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的關(guān)系,以此明確標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的設(shè)計(jì)方向。第三章則分析影響幼兒教師培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的因素,外部因素分為經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、政策導(dǎo)向、社會(huì)需求;內(nèi)部因素則通過文本分析法得出由專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、專業(yè)發(fā)展建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量構(gòu)成,并根據(jù)三個(gè)維度初擬出一份標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的各級(jí)指標(biāo)。第四章通過調(diào)研法,總結(jié)相關(guān)專家對(duì)幼兒教師培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)的建議,提煉出兩條主導(dǎo)思想:以幼兒教師培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)質(zhì)量為落腳點(diǎn),凸顯專業(yè)發(fā)展價(jià)值;以明確的以評(píng)促建的價(jià)值取向?yàn)閷?dǎo)向,致力于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的指導(dǎo)意義。結(jié)合構(gòu)建的思想、原則,以及專家的意見對(duì)指標(biāo)體系的內(nèi)容進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,并依重要程度匹配權(quán)重系數(shù),最終擬構(gòu)建一份完整的幼兒教師培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:The eternal theme of national development is the modernization of human quality. The premise of educational modernization is the modernization of teacher education. Since the 1990s, in order to ensure the quality of teacher education, developed countries such as Europe and the United States have introduced the policy of teacher education reform one after another, urging the professionalization of teachers. That is, from paying attention to the quality of teacher's "candidate" to the quality of teacher's "educational institution". From "output" to "input", the quality can be controlled from the source, and the quality monitoring is realized by the certification standard of the corresponding teacher education institution. Since the new century, preschool teacher education has taken root and grown in many colleges and universities. In order to ensure that the quality of preschool teachers can keep up with the pace of the times, we urgently need to formulate and improve the certification standards for the qualifications of early childhood teachers' training institutions. Only when the standards of institutional qualifications are established, can the direction of teacher quality construction be found. At present, the construction of qualification standards of teacher education and training institutions at all levels in China is still blank. This study takes the construction of qualification standards of early childhood teacher training institutions as a breakthrough point, which has a strong theoretical value and time significance. The first chapter of this paper mainly introduces the origin, purpose, significance, methods and related literature review, from which the core of this study is extracted. That is, how to construct a suitable qualification standard for preschool teacher training institutions in higher education in China. The second chapter explores the dynamic basis of the establishment of the standard from the theoretical basis and the practical driving level. From the four theoretical perspectives of education and society, the relation theory of education and human development, the view of educational quality, the theory of philosophical value orientation and the theory of system, this paper discusses the construction basis of the standard. From the new trend of the value orientation of the certification standard of foreign teacher education institutions and the new trend of the improvement of the standard content, this paper analyzes the enlightenment to the construction of the standard in our country, and then according to the demands of the reconstruction of the standard system of teacher education based on the standards in our country, To clarify the relationship between the qualification standards of preschool teacher training institutions and related standards, and to clarify the design direction of the standard system. The third chapter analyzes the factors that affect the qualification standard of preschool teacher training institutions, the external factors are divided into economic base, policy orientation, social demand, and the internal factors are obtained by the professional infrastructure construction through text analysis. The construction of professional development and the quality of personnel training are formed, and a standard index of all levels is drawn up according to the three dimensions. The fourth chapter through the research method, summarizes the related expert to the preschool teacher training organization qualification suggestion, abstracts out two leading thoughts: regards the preschool teacher training institution quality as the foothold, highlights the specialized development value; Guided by the value orientation of evaluation and construction, we are committed to the guiding significance of the standard. Combined with the thought, principle and expert's opinion, the content of the index system is further optimized, and the weight coefficient is matched according to the importance degree, and finally a complete qualification standard of preschool teacher training institution is constructed.
