【摘要】：民辦學(xué)前教育的政府規(guī)制包括經(jīng)濟(jì)性規(guī)制和社會性規(guī)制。民辦學(xué)前教育政府規(guī)制面臨經(jīng)濟(jì)性規(guī)制不足、社會性規(guī)制不完善等問題,包括準(zhǔn)入機(jī)制不完善、退出機(jī)制缺失、價格機(jī)制失靈、投資機(jī)制不暢通、財務(wù)會計規(guī)制滯后、安全衛(wèi)生隱患突出、質(zhì)量規(guī)制失靈等。應(yīng)從強(qiáng)化準(zhǔn)入機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)安全衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管等方面加以改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The government regulation of private preschool education includes economic regulation and social regulation. The government regulation of private preschool education faces some problems, such as inadequate economic regulation and imperfect social regulation, including imperfect access mechanism, lack of exit mechanism, failure of price mechanism, lack of smooth investment mechanism, and lagging of financial accounting regulation. The hidden danger of safety and health is prominent, the quality regulation is out of order and so on. It should be improved from the aspects of strengthening access mechanism, strengthening safety and health supervision and so on.
