文章摘要：隨著中國城鎮(zhèn)化水平的不斷提升，“人口城市化”和“農(nóng)村人口空心化”兩個(gè)過程交錯(cuò)并行，農(nóng)村的“空心村”現(xiàn)象也隨之出現(xiàn)。現(xiàn)象的背后卻存在諸多問題，尤其是農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育問題，其價(jià)值定位發(fā)生扭曲。在此背景下，必須重新審視農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育的價(jià)值定位、“空心村”現(xiàn)象背后的農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育現(xiàn)狀、問題及其根源�；趯�(duì)以上問題的審視，，來探討當(dāng)前城鎮(zhèn)化背景下農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展對(duì)策，以期建立一種科學(xué)、可持續(xù)的農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展策略，為中國廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展提供借鑒。

Abstr：With the rising of the urbanization level in China ＆quot;population urbanization＆quot; and＆quot;rural population hollowing out＆quot;are advancing parallel to and intertwined with each other thus the phenomenon of＆quot;hollow village＆quot; appears.Behind it there are however many problems occurring in the countryside especially the rural basic education problem.The value proposition of rural basic education has been distorted.In this background we must re？examine the value proposition of rural basic education the pres？ent situation and existing problems of rural basic education behind the phenomenon of ＆quot;hollow village＆quot; and the root of them. Based on the review of the problems above this article puts forward to some development countermeasures of rural basic educa？tion under the current background of urbanization in order to establish a scientific and sustainable rural basic education develop？ment strategy and provide some reference for the basic education development in China＆#39;s vast rural areas.
