構(gòu)建幼兒園教育家園共同體的實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:家長(zhǎng)是幼兒園重要的合作伙伴,幼兒園要經(jīng);、科學(xué)化地開(kāi)展家長(zhǎng)工作,合理利用教育資源,家園攜手,同步教育,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)家庭教育和幼兒園教育效果的最優(yōu)化。孩子的教育環(huán)境需要價(jià)值觀念和教育方法的一致性,有效整合教育資源,形成教育合力,構(gòu)建和諧統(tǒng)一的家園共同體,將助推家園工作的順暢開(kāi)展,有利于幼兒的健康成長(zhǎng)。因此,對(duì)家園共同體開(kāi)展的方法和策略進(jìn)行研究具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本研究在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的研究成果進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的梳理和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以石家莊外國(guó)語(yǔ)小學(xué)附屬雙語(yǔ)幼兒園為個(gè)案,對(duì)該園家園共育各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)開(kāi)展進(jìn)行了介紹和研究,并結(jié)合有關(guān)理論分析了該幼兒園家園共同體取得成功的原因,并揭示出該幼兒園在共同體實(shí)踐中存在一些問(wèn)題。在深刻分析家園共同體中存在管理體制不夠細(xì)化、目標(biāo)針對(duì)性欠缺等問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)之上,筆者對(duì)改進(jìn)家園共同體建構(gòu)提出了若干政策性建議和具體策略,包括健全和完善家園共育的法律法規(guī)及相關(guān)政策、積極為家園共同體提供信息支持、完善工作機(jī)制,充分發(fā)揮家長(zhǎng)委員會(huì)的作用、加強(qiáng)家園共育的考核評(píng)價(jià)工作、充分利用社區(qū)資源進(jìn)行家園共同體等。幼兒園教育作為基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分,作為學(xué)校教育和終生教育的奠基階段,其重要性已為越來(lái)越多的家長(zhǎng)所認(rèn)識(shí)。幼兒的終身發(fā)展單靠幼兒園教育本身難以奏效,必須站在新的高度,充分整合利用家庭、社區(qū)教育資源,充分發(fā)揮家長(zhǎng)的教育作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)幼兒園教育與家庭教育的同步協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,在發(fā)展中形成家園共同體以便更好的完成培養(yǎng)幼兒的最終目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Parents are important partners in kindergarten. Kindergarten should carry out the work of parents scientifically, make rational use of educational resources, join hands in home, synchronize education, and make great efforts to optimize the effect of family education and kindergarten education. The educational environment of children needs the consistency of values and educational methods, integrating educational resources effectively, forming educational resultant forces, constructing a harmonious and unified home community, which will promote the smooth development of home work and be beneficial to the healthy growth of children. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the methods and strategies of the Home Community. On the basis of systematical analysis of the existing research results at home and abroad, this study introduces and studies the activities of co-education in Shijiazhuang Foreign language Primary School as a case study. Combined with relevant theories, this paper analyzes the reasons for the success of the kindergarten home community, and reveals some problems in the community practice of the kindergarten. Based on the deep analysis of the problems in the community, such as the lack of detailed management system and the lack of targeted objectives, the author puts forward a number of policy suggestions and specific strategies to improve the construction of the community. Including improving and perfecting the laws, regulations and related policies of home co-education, actively providing information support for the community of homes, perfecting the working mechanism, giving full play to the role of the parents' committee, and strengthening the assessment and evaluation work of the joint home education, Make full use of community resources to carry out home community and so on. As an important part of basic education and the foundation stage of school education and lifelong education, the importance of kindergarten education has been recognized by more and more parents. Kindergarten education alone is not effective for the lifelong development of young children. It is necessary to fully integrate and utilize family and community education resources and give full play to the educational role of parents. To realize the coordinated development of kindergarten education and family education, and to form a community of homes in the course of development in order to better accomplish the ultimate goal of training young children.
