【摘要】：調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),幼兒教師絕大多數(shù)養(yǎng)成了閱讀的習慣,在閱讀內(nèi)容上呈現(xiàn)出一定的職業(yè)特性,同時存在閱讀量有待進一步提高、閱讀面比較狹窄、閱讀本身帶有一些不良傾向等問題。主要是因為閱讀意識不強,沒有時間閱讀,工作、學習、生活壓力大,缺少閱讀氛圍,閱讀服務不理想,閱讀引導與培訓缺失等導致的。筆者認為,幼兒教師自身、幼兒園及相應的管理部門、圖書出版部門等社會機構(gòu)、幼兒教師培養(yǎng)機構(gòu),應齊心協(xié)力采取相應的措施改善現(xiàn)有狀況。
[Abstract]:The survey found that the majority of preschool teachers have formed the habit of reading, showing certain professional characteristics in the content of reading, while the amount of reading needs to be further improved, and the reading area is relatively narrow. Reading itself has some bad tendencies and other problems. This is mainly due to the lack of awareness of reading, lack of time to read, work, study, life pressure, lack of reading atmosphere, reading service is not ideal, reading guidance and lack of training and so on. The author thinks that kindergarten teachers themselves, kindergartens and corresponding management departments, book publishing departments and other social institutions, early childhood teachers training institutions, should make concerted efforts to take appropriate measures to improve the existing situation.
