【摘要】：幼兒期一般指3至6歲學(xué)齡前期,這個(gè)年齡階段的幼兒生長發(fā)育十分迅速,是動(dòng)作發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。動(dòng)作發(fā)展與人的生理、心理、個(gè)性品質(zhì)等方面有著緊密的聯(lián)系,影響著人的一生。人的基本動(dòng)作包括控制性動(dòng)作、非控制性動(dòng)作和移動(dòng)性動(dòng)作,其中控制性動(dòng)作在幼兒活動(dòng)中占的比重最大。幼兒的日常生活、學(xué)習(xí)、運(yùn)動(dòng)和競賽都與控制性動(dòng)作息息相關(guān),這個(gè)時(shí)期重視他們相關(guān)動(dòng)作技能的學(xué)習(xí)和練習(xí),對(duì)他們今后的動(dòng)作發(fā)展非常有利。學(xué)前期的幼兒由其身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn)決定他們喜歡玩游戲,并且善于模仿和學(xué)習(xí)許多運(yùn)動(dòng)技能,因此,本文選擇將球類游戲活動(dòng)作為教學(xué)手段,以大肌肉動(dòng)作發(fā)展測驗(yàn)中的物體控制分測驗(yàn)評(píng)分記錄表為評(píng)價(jià)量表,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等多種研究方法來探究球類游戲活動(dòng)對(duì)4--5歲幼兒控制性動(dòng)作發(fā)展的影響。本文以湖北省荊州市實(shí)驗(yàn)幼兒園中(2)班和中(3)班共計(jì)60名4--5歲的學(xué)生為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,其中隨機(jī)抽取中(2)班的30名幼兒作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,隨機(jī)抽取中(3)班的30名幼兒作為對(duì)照組,經(jīng)過非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn),兩組沒有顯著性差異。在此基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行10周的球類游戲活動(dòng),對(duì)照組按照幼兒園教學(xué)大綱計(jì)劃正常上課。10周結(jié)束后,再次對(duì)60名幼兒的物體控制動(dòng)作進(jìn)行測試,并用SPSS19對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)前后實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的測試得分進(jìn)行組內(nèi)和組間的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,得出結(jié)論:1、球類游戲活動(dòng)能促進(jìn)4--5歲幼兒的控制性動(dòng)作發(fā)展,對(duì)幼兒的原地拍球、踢球、雙手接球、擊固定球、上手投球、地滾球動(dòng)作都有顯著性改善。2、球類游戲活動(dòng)對(duì)4--5歲不同性別幼兒控制性動(dòng)作發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用存在不平衡性。具體表現(xiàn)為:原地拍球、雙手接球和上手投球的得分增值女性幼兒比男性幼兒要高,踢球、擊固定球、地滾球的得分增值男性幼兒比女性幼兒高。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出在幼兒園體育活動(dòng)中重視幼兒的動(dòng)作發(fā)展,長期開展符合幼兒身心特點(diǎn)的球類游戲活動(dòng)的建議。
[Abstract]:Early childhood generally refers to 3 to 6 years old preschool age, this age stage of children's growth and development is very rapid, is the key period of movement development. The development of action is closely related to human physiology, psychology and personality. The basic actions of people include controlling, non-controlling and moving, among which the proportion of controlled actions in children's activities is the largest. Children's daily life, learning, sports and competition are closely related to controlled movements. In this period, it is very beneficial for them to pay attention to the study and practice of their related motor skills. In the early stage of learning, children are fond of playing games and are good at imitating and learning a lot of sports skills by their physical and mental development characteristics. Therefore, this paper chooses ball games as a teaching method. Taking the object control subtest score form in the big muscle movement development test as the evaluation scale, the method of literature, expert interview and experiment were used. To explore the effects of ball games on the development of controlled action of children aged 4-5 years. In this paper, 60 students aged 4-5 years in class (2) and (3) in experimental kindergarten of Jingzhou City, Hubei Province were selected as experimental subjects. 30 children in middle (2) class were randomly selected as experimental group and 30 children in middle (3) class as control group. After non-parametric test, there was no significant difference between the two groups. On this basis, the experimental group was given 10 weeks of ball games, and the control group was tested on the object control action of 60 children according to the kindergarten syllabus plan. The test scores of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment were analyzed by SPSS19, and the conclusion was drawn that the ball game activity could promote the development of the control action of the 4-5 year-old children, and play the ball in situ and kick the ball. There was significant improvement in the movement of both hands to catch the ball, to hit the fixed ball, to throw the ball in the upper hand, and to improve the ground ball movement significantly. There was an imbalance in the promoting effect of ball game activity on the development of the controlled action of 4-5 years old children of different genders. The concrete performance is: in situ pat, both hands to catch the ball and the upper hand pitching the score increment female toddler to be higher than the male toddler, to kick the ball, to hit the fixed ball, the ground ball score increment male toddler to be higher than the female toddler. According to the results of the study, it is suggested that attention should be paid to the development of children's movements in kindergarten sports activities and that the ball games should be carried out in accordance with the characteristics of children's body and mind for a long time.
