【摘要】：隨著中西部"教育扶貧"項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展,中西部地區(qū)的學(xué)前教育受到了當(dāng)?shù)馗骷?jí)政府的重視和大力支持,有研究表明,至2016年在中國(guó)中西部連片貧困區(qū)地帶,仍有900萬(wàn)4～6歲兒童沒(méi)有進(jìn)入幼兒園,尚未接受學(xué)前教育。為解決當(dāng)?shù)?～6歲貧困幼兒的入園問(wèn)題,貴州省松桃縣于2012年啟動(dòng)了山村幼兒園項(xiàng)目,松桃地區(qū)山村幼兒園發(fā)展?fàn)顩r如何?在實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中的教育成本分擔(dān)是怎樣的?此教育成本分擔(dān)下的辦園模式能否有效促進(jìn)幼兒發(fā)展?基于這些問(wèn)題,研究者對(duì)松桃地區(qū)的山村幼兒園進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析。本研究主要聚焦于松桃地區(qū)山村幼兒園存在價(jià)值的研究,研究者首先通過(guò)訪談法和調(diào)查法了解了松桃地區(qū)山村幼兒園設(shè)立的緣起、發(fā)展歷程和特點(diǎn);其次研究者通過(guò)調(diào)查法對(duì)山村幼兒園運(yùn)營(yíng)中的教育成本分擔(dān)狀況進(jìn)行了研究;再次,研究者通過(guò)測(cè)驗(yàn)法從幼兒發(fā)展視角對(duì)山村幼兒園的教育成果進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,最后研究者通過(guò)訪談法和調(diào)查法對(duì)山村幼兒園運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題及山村幼兒園的未來(lái)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了分析研究。研究結(jié)果表明:山村幼兒園緩解了遠(yuǎn)貧困地區(qū)農(nóng)村幼兒的入園難問(wèn)題;山村幼兒園降低了在園幼兒的家庭教育支出;山村幼兒園能夠促進(jìn)了幼兒的身心發(fā)展,驗(yàn)證了山村幼兒園在偏遠(yuǎn)貧困地區(qū)存在的價(jià)值和意義。針對(duì)調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的松桃地區(qū)山村幼兒園在實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中存在的一些問(wèn)題,研究者提出了一下建議:第一,鼓勵(lì)多方支持,普及偏遠(yuǎn)農(nóng)村地區(qū)的學(xué)前教育;第二,完善山村幼兒園模式,提高教育質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the further development of the "Educational Poverty Alleviation" program in the central and western regions, preschool education in the central and western regions has received great attention and support from the local governments at all levels. Some studies have shown that by 2016, in the poverty-stricken areas of the central and western regions of China, Still, 9 million-4-6-year-old children do not attend kindergarten and preschool education. In order to solve the problem of local 3-year-old poor children entering the kindergarten, Guizhou Province Songtao County in 2012 launched the mountain village kindergarten project, Songtao area mountain village kindergarten development status? What is the cost sharing of education in the actual operation? Can this mode of running a kindergarten under the sharing of the cost of education effectively promote the development of young children? Based on these problems, the researchers investigated and analyzed mountain village kindergartens in Songtao area. This research mainly focuses on the study of the existence value of mountain village kindergartens in Songtao area. Firstly, the researchers understand the origin, development process and characteristics of mountain village kindergartens in Songtao area by means of interview and investigation. Secondly, the researcher studies the educational cost sharing in the operation of mountain village kindergartens through the investigation method. Thirdly, the researcher investigates the educational achievements of mountain village kindergartens from the perspective of early childhood development through the test method. Finally, the author analyzes the problems existing in the operation of Shancun Kindergarten and the future development of Shancun Kindergarten by means of interview and investigation. The results show that the mountain village kindergarten alleviates the difficult problem of the rural children in the far poor areas, the mountain village kindergarten reduces the family education expenditure of the children in the kindergarten, and the mountain village kindergarten can promote the physical and mental development of the young children. Verify the value and significance of mountain village kindergarten in remote poverty areas. In view of the problems found in the actual operation of mountain village kindergartens in Songtao area, the researchers put forward some suggestions: first, to encourage multi-party support to popularize preschool education in remote rural areas; and second, Improve the mode of mountain village kindergarten, improve the quality of education.
