【摘要】：目的了解百色市壯族幼兒的營養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,為少數(shù)民族幼兒的營養(yǎng)干預(yù)工作提供依據(jù)。方法用身高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體重值對百色市3～6歲439名壯族幼兒存在的現(xiàn)時營養(yǎng)狀況進(jìn)行評價。結(jié)果壯族幼兒營養(yǎng)不良率為13.44%,超重和肥胖率分別為4.56%和0.68%;壯族幼兒營養(yǎng)不良檢出率隨年齡增長而降低,超重肥胖檢出率隨年齡增長而上升;女童營養(yǎng)不良率明顯高于男童(P0.05)。結(jié)論百色市壯族幼兒存在的營養(yǎng)問題以營養(yǎng)不良為主,營養(yǎng)狀況需要改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the nutritional status of Zhuang children in Baise City and provide basis for nutritional intervention of minority children. Methods the nutritional status of 439 Zhuang children aged 6 years old in Baise city was evaluated with height standard weight. Results the malnutrition rate of Zhuang children was 13.44, the rates of overweight and obesity were 4.56% and 0.68 respectively, the prevalence rate of malnutrition in Zhuang children decreased with the increase of age, the prevalence rate of overweight and obesity increased with the increase of age, the malnutrition rate of girls was significantly higher than that of boys (P0.05). Conclusion malnutrition is the main nutritional problem among Zhuang children in Baise city, and the nutritional status needs to be improved.
