【摘要】：學(xué)前教育信息化是我國教育信息化的有機(jī)組成部分,加強(qiáng)幼兒教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和信息素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)已提到了政府工作的重要議事日程,因而完善學(xué)前教育師資培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)體系是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本研究在充分調(diào)查和分析幼兒教師信息素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了集中培訓(xùn)與園本培訓(xùn)相結(jié)合的互動(dòng)培訓(xùn)模式,提出了以幼兒成長取向?yàn)榻虒W(xué)目標(biāo)的信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用。它是培養(yǎng)和提高幼兒教師信息素養(yǎng)的一條有效途徑,具有普遍性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Pre-school education informatization is an organic part of education informatization in China. Strengthening the construction of preschool teachers and the cultivation of information literacy has been an important agenda of government work. Therefore, it is urgent to perfect the training system of preschool education teachers. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of preschool teachers' information literacy, this study puts forward an interactive training model which combines intensive training with garden-based training, and puts forward the application of information technology with the orientation of children's growth as the teaching goal. It is an effective way to cultivate and improve the information literacy of preschool teachers.
