【摘要】：小規(guī)模民辦幼兒園是目前民辦幼兒園的主力軍,對實現(xiàn)縣域?qū)W前教育的快速發(fā)展有著不容忽視的重要作用。調(diào)查顯示,小規(guī)模民辦幼兒園的優(yōu)勢是低投入、低收費、機制活、方便兒童入園,但同時也存在布局不合理、管理不規(guī)范、教師素質(zhì)低、教育質(zhì)量差、發(fā)展后勁不足等問題。政府應(yīng)運用多種手段加大對小規(guī)模民辦幼兒園的管理與扶助力度,在保證低收入家庭兒童入園率的同時,促使小規(guī)模民辦幼兒園不斷提升教育質(zhì)量與辦學(xué)水平。
[Abstract]:Small-scale private kindergarten is the main force of private kindergarten at present, which plays an important role in realizing the rapid development of county preschool education. The investigation shows that the advantages of small scale private kindergartens are low input, low charge, living mechanism, convenient for children to enter the kindergarten, but at the same time, there are some problems such as unreasonable layout, irregular management, low quality of teachers, poor quality of education, insufficient stamina and so on. The government should use a variety of means to strengthen the management and support of small-scale private kindergartens, while ensuring the rate of children from low-income families to enter the kindergarten, and to promote the quality of education and the level of running schools in small scale private kindergartens.
