【內(nèi)容提要】“十年課改”是21世紀(jì)第一個(gè)十年里我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育領(lǐng)域備受關(guān)注的重大事件。反思我國(guó)“十年課改”，可以政府行為、專家行為、教師行為、學(xué)生發(fā)展、學(xué)校生活、高考改革、社會(huì)反響為視點(diǎn)，系統(tǒng)探討“十年課改”的時(shí)代背景、理論基礎(chǔ)、實(shí)踐路徑、具體成效、文化建設(shè)、評(píng)價(jià)制度、輿論導(dǎo)向等問題。這七個(gè)問題及其解答思路前后關(guān)聯(lián)、相輔相成，直指“十年課改”的合法性、合理性與可行性，直接構(gòu)成“十年課改”的本體結(jié)構(gòu)和認(rèn)知框架，對(duì)于宏觀把握新世紀(jì)基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的歷史、現(xiàn)狀和基本走向，，具有重要的參照作用。

【英文摘要】The Ten-year Curriculum Reform is the most important event during the 21st century. Focusing on the government, experts, teachers, students, schools, college entrance examination and the society repercussion, this article discusses the background, theories, routes, actual effectiveness, cultural reconstruction, evaluative system and opinion direction of the reform. These seven problems are closely related and reveal the basic structure, cognitive framework and revising strategy of the reform, which will give great reference for mastering the history, current situation and basic trend of the basic education reform in the new century.
