【摘要】：責任心是一個人應具備的基本素質,是一個人立身處世的基本條件。老師和家長應該從小培養(yǎng)孩的責任心,對他們進行語言引導,讓他們勇于實踐,在過程中對于孩子做事情的結果進行評判,采取表揚和懲罰相結合的方式,使他們建立起是非觀念,同時尊重孩子的意愿和愛好,有針對性地對孩子進行責任心的培養(yǎng),使他們長大后成為對社會有用的人才。
[Abstract]:The sense of responsibility is a person should have the basic quality, is a person standing in the world the basic condition. Teachers and parents should cultivate their children's sense of responsibility from an early age, give them language guidance, make them brave to practice, judge the results of their children's doing things in the process, and adopt a combination of praise and punishment. So that they can establish the concept of right and wrong, respect the wishes and interests of children, and cultivate their sense of responsibility in a targeted way, so that they will become useful talents for the society when they grow up.
