【摘要】：英國于20世紀90年代末期啟動了全面整合學前兒童服務體系的改革進程。本文聚焦這一改革,從立法、行政、管理、服務標準等維度進行概括和梳理,以期勾勒其基本面貌并分析其面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:In the late 1990 s, Britain started the reform process of fully integrating preschool children service system. This paper focuses on this reform, summarizes and combs from the aspects of legislation, administration, management, service standards, and so on, in order to outline its basic features and analyze the challenges it faces.
