【摘要】：2006年,香港政府引入"教育學(xué)券制度",加大對學(xué)前教育的投入,讓香港地區(qū)符合條件的學(xué)齡前兒童都能夠接受學(xué)前教育資助。本文介紹了香港"學(xué)前教育學(xué)券"計劃,并對此計劃中體現(xiàn)的教育公平、實施的管理規(guī)范、推進過程中對學(xué)前教育機構(gòu)和教師的促進等進行了評析。
[Abstract]:In 2006, the Hong Kong Government introduced the "Education Voucher system" to increase investment in pre-school education so that eligible pre-school children in Hong Kong could receive pre-school education subsidy. This paper introduces the "preschool education voucher" plan in Hong Kong, and comments on the educational fairness, the administration standard and the promotion of preschool education institutions and teachers in this plan.
