太原市小店區(qū)幼兒園體育活動開展情況的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:我國學前教育的總目標是德、智、體全面發(fā)展。幼兒體育是學前教育的重要組成部分,根據(jù)幼兒的年齡、生理、心理等特征組織幼兒進行體育活動,使幼兒學習基本的運動技能、生活技能并掌握伴隨其一生的體育項目,同時促進幼兒身心健康、社會適應(yīng)力等全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。本文主要運用問卷調(diào)查法、實地考察法、文獻資料法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,以山西省太原市小店區(qū)15所幼兒園為調(diào)查對象,以探索影響幼兒園體育活動的因素為研究目的,進而為幼兒園體育活動開展與推廣提供客觀、富有價值的參考和借鑒。研究得出以下結(jié)論:1.太原市小店區(qū)幼兒園屬性呈“金字塔”模式,公辦幼兒園數(shù)量少、星級高;非公辦幼兒園數(shù)量多,星級種類分布較散;小店區(qū)幼兒的學前教育存在較大差異,幼兒教育基礎(chǔ)不平衡。政府機關(guān)要加強對幼兒園的評審制度,增加和完善具有示范作用的公辦幼兒園和高星級幼兒園,促進小店區(qū)多種類型的幼兒園共同發(fā)展。2.小店區(qū)幼兒教師呈“年輕化”趨勢,教師基本素質(zhì)普遍較高,主要以大專和本科學歷為主,但教師的體育專業(yè)素質(zhì)水平有限,專職體育教師較少。應(yīng)加強對幼兒教師體育知識和體育技能的培訓,同時聘請專業(yè)體育院校畢業(yè)的專職體育教師。3.小店區(qū)幼兒園園長對幼兒體育活動的開展非常支持,但是對幼兒體育活動的價值作用認識不足;幼兒教師對幼兒體育活動的目標、動作技術(shù)原理和幼兒身心發(fā)展特點認知不全面。這些認知在很大程度上影響幼兒體育教學目標及內(nèi)容的制定和實施。4.小店區(qū)幼兒園體育活動以游戲為主,動作內(nèi)容的練習基本遵循幼兒的發(fā)展特點及規(guī)律;幼兒活動時間安排不夠充足。教師要做好幼兒體育活動的組織者和實施者,提高自身體育知識和技術(shù)水平,完善教學教法和組織能力;根據(jù)幼兒的全面發(fā)展合理安排運動量;提倡體育活動內(nèi)容科學、創(chuàng)新、傳承相結(jié)合。5.小店區(qū)幼兒園的體育活動場地及器材基本滿足幼兒的體育活動需要,但一些幼兒園的場地缺乏體育活動的氣氛,缺少專門的室內(nèi)活動場地來應(yīng)對雨雪、大風及霧霾等惡劣天氣,同時器材分布也不均。政府和幼兒園應(yīng)通過多種渠道、多種形式籌措資金,并設(shè)立這方面的專項資金,以建設(shè)和完善教學環(huán)境設(shè)施。
[Abstract]:The general goal of preschool education in China is to develop morality, intelligence and physical education in an all-round way. Preschool sports is an important part of preschool education. According to the characteristics of children's age, physiology, psychology and so on, children are organized to carry out sports activities, so that children can learn basic motor skills, life skills and master the sports events that accompany them throughout their lives. At the same time, promote children's physical and mental health, social adaptability and other comprehensive and coordinated development. This paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire, field investigation, literature, interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and so on, taking 15 kindergartens in Xiaodian District, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province as the object of investigation. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that affect the sports activities of kindergartens, and to provide an objective and valuable reference for the development and promotion of sports activities in kindergartens. The study came to the following conclusion: 1. The attribute of kindergartens in Xiaodian District of Taiyuan is "pyramid" mode, the number of public kindergartens is small, the number of stars is high, the number of non-public kindergartens is large, the distribution of star types is scattered, the preschool education of children in Xiaodian District has great differences. The foundation of early childhood education is unbalanced. Government agencies should strengthen the evaluation system of kindergartens, increase and perfect public kindergartens and high star kindergartens with exemplary role, and promote the common development of various types of kindergartens in small store areas. The kindergarten teachers in Xiaodian District tend to be younger. The basic quality of teachers is generally high, mainly with college and undergraduate education, but the professional quality of teachers is limited, and the number of full-time PE teachers is less. We should strengthen the training of PE knowledge and skills of preschool teachers, and employ full-time PE teachers who graduated from professional physical education colleges. The kindergarten director of Xiaodian District supports the development of preschool sports activities, but does not know enough about the value role of infant sports activities. The principle of action technology and the characteristics of children's physical and mental development are not comprehensive. To a great extent, these cognition affect the formulation and implementation of the teaching objectives and contents of infant physical education. The sports activities of kindergartens in Xiaodian district are mainly games, and the exercise of movement contents basically follows the characteristics and laws of children's development, and the time arrangement of children's activities is not enough. Teachers should be the organizers and implementers of children's sports activities, improve their own sports knowledge and technology, improve teaching methods and organizational abilities, arrange the amount of sports reasonably according to the children's all-round development, advocate the scientific and innovative contents of sports activities, Inheritance combined. 5. The sports venues and equipment of kindergartens in Xiaodian District basically meet the needs of children's sports activities. However, some kindergartens lack the atmosphere of sports activities, lack of special indoor venues to cope with bad weather such as rain and snow, strong winds and haze, etc. At the same time, the distribution of equipment is uneven. The government and kindergarten should raise funds through various channels and forms, and set up special funds to build and perfect teaching environment facilities.
