上海市幼兒教師、幼兒家長、幼兒視野中的“好幼兒園”

【摘要】:在幼兒教育領(lǐng)域,對(duì)于幼兒教育質(zhì)量的關(guān)注,已經(jīng)成為幼兒教育發(fā)展的潮流和趨勢(shì)。不僅幼兒教育專家、幼兒教育行政人員對(duì)幼兒教育的質(zhì)量擁有發(fā)言權(quán),幼兒教師、幼兒家長、幼兒對(duì)幼兒教育的質(zhì)量也可以發(fā)表自己的觀點(diǎn),以推動(dòng)教育質(zhì)量的提高。不同的主體的需求不同,因此不同的主體對(duì)于“好幼兒園”的理解也是不同的。本研究選擇了三類主體進(jìn)行研究,他們分別是幼兒教師、幼兒家長、幼兒。在梳理了大量的文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了訪談提綱,全面地細(xì)致地了解這三類主體對(duì)“好幼兒園”的看法。 全文總共分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分為緒論,介紹了問題提出的背景及意義、國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述及研究設(shè)計(jì)。第二部分為研究方法,論文選用了訪談法、文獻(xiàn)法、觀察法,通過對(duì)幼兒教師、幼兒家長、幼兒的訪談,通過對(duì)幼兒教師和幼兒在園生活的實(shí)地觀察,以及相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)材料的收集,來綜合收集“好幼兒園”的信息。 第三部分為研究結(jié)果與分析。論文對(duì)幼兒教師、幼兒家長、幼兒視野中的“好幼兒園”進(jìn)行了全面系統(tǒng)的分析。研究結(jié)果表明:幼兒教師視野中的“好幼兒園”包括以下特質(zhì):場(chǎng)地開闊、設(shè)施豐富的戶外環(huán)境;安全、富有美感、適宜幼兒、富有教育意義、充滿互動(dòng)性的室內(nèi)環(huán)境;以尊重幼兒為核心,注重幼兒的全面發(fā)展;科學(xué)的、人性化的、民主的教師管理,同時(shí)為教師提供針對(duì)性的專業(yè)成長的路徑,工作的內(nèi)容和時(shí)間能夠合理安排;具有良好的師德修養(yǎng)和專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的教師團(tuán)隊(duì),家園互動(dòng)的形式和內(nèi)容豐富;能夠?yàn)橛變禾峁┙】岛桶踩纳瞽h(huán)境,培養(yǎng)幼兒健康和安全意識(shí)。 幼兒家長視野中的“好幼兒園”所具有的特質(zhì)是:戶外活動(dòng)的面積大,并且貼近自然,安全豐富的戶外設(shè)備;為幼兒提供數(shù)量豐富、符合幼兒興趣的玩教具;能夠?qū)膊∮變禾厥怅P(guān)注、培養(yǎng)幼兒的健康和安全意識(shí),保障園內(nèi)設(shè)施和外來人員的安全性;能夠促進(jìn)幼兒的全面發(fā)展,并且有自己的教育特色;師德修養(yǎng)、專業(yè)能力強(qiáng)、與家長溝通能力及自身素養(yǎng)較高的幼兒教師; 幼兒視野中的“好幼兒園”則是開闊的戶外場(chǎng)地;豐富的室內(nèi)外活動(dòng);能夠提供可口營養(yǎng)的午餐;喜歡幼兒、形象好、能夠與幼兒積極互動(dòng)、可以組織豐富的教育活動(dòng)的教師;幼兒的想象力、創(chuàng)作的天性、興趣點(diǎn)、自主性能夠被尊重;學(xué)習(xí)空間可以延伸至社區(qū)資源(超市、公園、博物館)。 在第四部分,研究者還在研究結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上得出了教育啟示:硬件條件是“好幼兒園”的保障;軟件條件是“好幼兒園”的核心。并且提出了教育建議:對(duì)于幼兒園來說要打造高素質(zhì)的教師團(tuán)隊(duì),創(chuàng)設(shè)適宜幼兒發(fā)展的教育教學(xué)環(huán)境。對(duì)于幼兒教師來說提升師德修養(yǎng),做熱愛幼兒教育工作的教師;同時(shí)提升專業(yè)素養(yǎng),做具有研究和反思精神的教師。對(duì)于幼兒家長來說通過多種途徑,提升自己的育兒觀念;發(fā)揮自己的資源優(yōu)勢(shì),與幼兒園合作,為幼兒提供更加豐富的學(xué)習(xí)資源。
[Abstract]:In the field of early childhood education , attention to the quality of early childhood education has become the trend and trend of the development of early childhood education .

The thesis is divided into four parts : the first part is the introduction , introduces the background and significance of the problem , the literature review and the research design at home and abroad . The second part is the research method , the paper chooses the interview method , the literature method and the observation method , through the field observation of preschool teachers , children ' s parents and children , through the field observation of preschool teachers and young children in the park , and the collection of relevant literature materials , the information of the " good kindergarten " is comprehensively collected .

The third part is the research results and analysis . The paper analyses the " good kindergartens " in preschool teachers , children ' s parents and children ' s visual field . The results show that the " good kindergartens " in the visual field of early childhood teachers include the following characteristics : open space and abundant outdoor environment ;
Safe , rich in beauty , suitable for young children , rich in education significance , full of interactive indoor environment ;
In order to respect the young child as the core , pay attention to the comprehensive development of young children ;
Scientific , humanized , democratic teacher management , while providing targeted professional growth paths for teachers , the content and time of the work can be reasonably arranged ;
Teacher ' s team with good teacher ' s moral cultivation and professional accomplishment , the form and content of home interaction are abundant ;
can provide a healthy and safe living environment for young children , and culture young children ' s health and safety consciousness .

The characteristics of " good kindergartens " in children ' s parents ' field of view are : the area of outdoor activities is large , and the outdoor equipment is close to nature and rich in safety ;
to provide young children with abundant nutrition and children ' s interest in playing teaching aids ;
The health and safety consciousness of young children can be raised , and the safety of the facilities in the garden and the foreign personnel can be ensured ;
can promote the comprehensive development of young children , and has its own educational characteristics ;
Teacher ' s moral cultivation , strong professional ability , communication ability with parents and high - quality early childhood teachers ;


The " good nursery " in the children ' s field of view is the open outdoor space ;
Rich indoor and outdoor activities ;
can provide delicious and nutritious lunch ;
Like young children , the image is good , can actively interact with young children , can organize abundant educational activities teachers ;
Children ' s imagination , creative nature , point of interest , autonomy can be respected ;
Learning space can extend to community resources ( supermarkets , parks , museums ) .

In the fourth part , the researchers also found the enlightenment of education on the basis of research conclusion : the hardware condition is the guarantee of " good kindergarten " ;
The software condition is the core of " good kindergarten " , and the educational suggestion is put forward : to build a high - quality teacher team for the kindergarten , set up an education teaching environment suitable for children ' s development .
At the same time , improve the professional accomplishment , do the teachers with the research and reflection spirit . For the parents of young children , through various ways , improve their child - rearing concept ;
Give full play to its own resources , cooperate with kindergarten , provide more abundant learning resources for young children .
