【摘要】：隨著學(xué)前教師隊伍的不斷壯大,她們的能力水平參差不齊,教研作為促進她們職后學(xué)習(xí)的主要方法,應(yīng)重視她們間能力水平的差異。本研究對幼兒園是否依據(jù)教師差異開展分梯次的教研及老師對教研的差異需求進行調(diào)查分析。本研究采用問卷和訪談的方法,通過自編《幼兒園教師“梯次教研”現(xiàn)狀問卷》與自編《幼兒園教師對教研差異需求問卷》,經(jīng)過信效度檢驗合格后,對沈陽市幼兒園363名教師發(fā)放問卷,用spss20.0分析收集回的問卷,并訪談了20名幼兒園教師,挖掘現(xiàn)狀背后的原因。結(jié)果表明:一、幼兒園教研整體呈一定的梯次狀態(tài)經(jīng)過調(diào)查分析,“梯次教研”四個維度分別是:關(guān)注自身型教研、關(guān)注教學(xué)型教研、關(guān)注幼兒型教研、關(guān)注研究型教研,梯次教研整體在教師的教齡上存在極其顯著差異,在學(xué)歷上存在顯著差異。二、“梯次教研”各維度在教齡、學(xué)歷及園所類型上的差異“關(guān)注自身型教研”在教齡上有極其顯著差異,在學(xué)歷上有顯著差異,在園所類型上沒有顯著差異;“關(guān)注教學(xué)型教研”在教齡上有極其顯著性差異,在學(xué)歷和園所類型上沒有差異;“關(guān)注幼兒型教研”在教齡上有極其顯著差異,在學(xué)歷和園所類型上沒有顯著差異;“關(guān)注研究型教研”在園所類型上有極其顯著性差異,在學(xué)歷、教齡上沒有顯著差異。三、幼兒園教師對教研的需求存在差異在教研目標(biāo)需求上,不同教齡的教師存在極其顯著的差異,不同學(xué)歷的教師存在顯著差異。教研形式上,不同教齡的教師存在差異。教研內(nèi)容上,不同教齡的教師存在差異。教研管理上,教師需要更加民主體現(xiàn)其主體性的教研管理制度。針對以上研究結(jié)果,提出了認同教師差異,為不同教師設(shè)置不同的教研目標(biāo),采用有針對性的教研激勵制度,并為不同的教師提供促進其專業(yè)發(fā)展的教研機會等建議,為實現(xiàn)幼兒園教師的差異化發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of pre school teachers, their ability level is uneven. As the main method to promote their post job learning, teaching and research should pay attention to the difference between their ability level. By means of questionnaire and interview, the questionnaire of 363 teachers in kindergartens in Shenyang, questionnaires were collected by spss20.0 analysis and 20 kindergarten teachers were interviewed, and 20 kindergarten teachers were interviewed. The reasons behind it are as follows: first, the teaching and research of the kindergarten is in a certain echelon state through investigation and analysis. The four dimensions of the "Echelon teaching and research" are: focus on self teaching and research, pay attention to teaching research, pay attention to preschool teaching and research, pay attention to research type teaching and research, and have extremely significant differences in Teachers' teaching age. There are significant differences. Two, the differences in teaching age, educational background and type of garden have remarkable differences in teaching age. There are significant differences in educational background and there is no significant difference in the type of education. There is no difference in the type of garden. "Attention to preschool teaching and research" has extremely significant differences in teaching age. There is no significant difference in educational background and type of garden. "Research type teaching and research" has extremely significant differences in the type of garden. There is no significant difference between educational background and teaching age. Three, there are differences in teaching and research needs of kindergarten teachers. There are significant differences between teachers of different teaching age, and there are significant differences between teachers with different educational backgrounds. In the form of teaching and research, there are differences between teachers of different teaching age. On the basis of the research results, we put forward the differences between teachers and teachers, set up different teaching and research goals for different teachers, adopt targeted teaching and research incentive system, and provide suggestions for different teachers to promote their professional development, and provide reference for the realization of kindergarten teachers' differential development.
