【摘要】：幼兒園教師作為幼兒文學(xué)活動(dòng)的重要參與者和指導(dǎo)者,教師對(duì)幼兒文學(xué)的情感態(tài)度、對(duì)文學(xué)作品的理解能力以及組織幼兒文學(xué)活動(dòng)的能力與技巧等都對(duì)幼兒有著重要的影響,所以教師的幼兒文學(xué)素養(yǎng)尤為重要。鑒于此,本研究了解了昆明地區(qū)幼兒園教師幼兒文學(xué)素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)有水平、分析影響教師幼兒文學(xué)素養(yǎng)的主要因素并提出提升幼兒園教師幼兒文學(xué)素養(yǎng)的對(duì)策與建議。以此為職后幼兒園教師幼兒文學(xué)素養(yǎng)的提升提供參考意見(jiàn)。本研究采用問(wèn)卷法和訪談法,通過(guò)對(duì)昆明地區(qū)相關(guān)區(qū)縣,城鄉(xiāng)及不同等級(jí)幼兒園的教師進(jìn)行調(diào)查。調(diào)查主要圍繞幼兒園教師對(duì)幼兒文學(xué)的情感態(tài)度、閱讀經(jīng)驗(yàn)、組織能力與技巧這三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行,以了解幼兒園教師幼兒文學(xué)素養(yǎng)情況。通過(guò)調(diào)查,結(jié)果表明目前昆明地區(qū)幼兒園教師幼兒文學(xué)素養(yǎng)總體情況良好。其中幼兒園教師對(duì)幼兒文學(xué)的情感態(tài)度水平相對(duì)較高,對(duì)幼兒文學(xué)的閱讀經(jīng)驗(yàn)和組織幼兒文學(xué)活動(dòng)的能力與技巧相對(duì)情感態(tài)度來(lái)說(shuō)較低。說(shuō)明幼兒園教師能夠意識(shí)到幼兒文學(xué)的重要性,但實(shí)踐方面相對(duì)欠缺。通過(guò)城鄉(xiāng)及不同等級(jí)幼兒園的對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)城市地區(qū)幼兒園教師的幼兒文學(xué)素養(yǎng)總體水平要高于農(nóng)村地區(qū)。一級(jí)和二級(jí)幼兒園教師幼兒文學(xué)素養(yǎng)整體水平高于其他等級(jí)幼兒園的教師。在此基礎(chǔ)上從各維度分析昆明地區(qū)幼兒園教師幼兒文學(xué)素養(yǎng)存在問(wèn)題及成因,最后針對(duì)成因提出提高幼兒園教師幼兒文學(xué)素養(yǎng)的建議。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten teachers, as important participants and instructors of early childhood literary activities, have an important influence on children's emotional attitude towards infant literature, their ability to understand literary works, and their ability and skills to organize children's literary activities.Therefore, the teacher's infant literary literacy is particularly important.In view of this, this study has understood the present level of kindergarten teachers' literary literacy in Kunming area, analyzed the main factors that affect the children's literary literacy of teachers, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the kindergarten teachers' literary literacy of young children.To provide reference for the improvement of kindergarten teachers' literary literacy.In this study, questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate teachers in related districts, counties, urban and rural areas and kindergartens of different levels in Kunming.The investigation focuses on the three dimensions of kindergarten teachers' emotional attitude to infant literature, reading experience, organizational ability and skills, in order to understand the kindergarten teachers' literary literacy.The results show that the overall situation of kindergarten teachers' literary literacy in Kunming is good.Among them, kindergarten teachers' emotional attitude towards infant literature is relatively high, and their reading experience and ability and skills of organizing children's literary activities are relatively low.It shows that kindergarten teachers can realize the importance of infant literature, but lack of practice.Through the comparison of urban and rural kindergartens and different levels of kindergartens, it is found that the overall level of kindergarten teachers' literary literacy in urban areas is higher than that in rural areas.The overall level of kindergarten teachers' literary literacy is higher than that of other kindergartens.On the basis of this, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of kindergarten teachers' literary literacy in Kunming from various dimensions, and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the literary literacy of kindergarten teachers.
