【摘要】：幼兒教師觀察能力是教師在觀察幼兒的過程中所包含的能力,具體包括目標、方法、記錄及分析這些方面。指導(dǎo)策略是幼兒教師在教學(xué)活動中,為了實現(xiàn)一定的教育目的、使幼兒得到更好的發(fā)展而采取的相應(yīng)的指導(dǎo)策略。幼兒教師的觀察能力與指導(dǎo)策略關(guān)系的研究具有理論意義和實踐價值。本研究經(jīng)探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析得出正式調(diào)查問卷《幼兒教師觀察能力調(diào)查問卷》和《幼兒教師指導(dǎo)策略調(diào)查問卷》。研究首先選定遼寧省不同等級幼兒園作為問卷發(fā)放的園所,經(jīng)過對問卷的信效度檢驗、發(fā)放、回收及篩選環(huán)節(jié),最終得到有效問卷354份。(回收率、有效率分別為91.1%和96.9%)研究通過對調(diào)查信息的分析整理并結(jié)合小、中、大不同班級的36名教師的觀察及訪談內(nèi)容,通過多因素方差分析對幼兒教師觀察能力和指導(dǎo)策略的特點進行探討。最后,研究對二者關(guān)系展進行分析。結(jié)果表明:1.幼兒教師觀察能力總體狀況良好,但仍待有提高。在教齡和學(xué)歷上顯著性差異。2.幼兒教師指導(dǎo)策略總體狀況良好,其差異在學(xué)歷、年齡班上顯著。3.幼兒教師觀察能力與指導(dǎo)策略顯著相關(guān)。其中,幼兒教師觀察能力中其中篩選并記錄有效信息的能力對指導(dǎo)策略的影響最大,其次是分析觀察結(jié)果的能力,選擇觀察方法對幼兒教師指導(dǎo)策略的影響最小。通過實踐分析和理論指導(dǎo),研究對調(diào)查所得結(jié)果一一展開討論。研究者在結(jié)論與建議部分別針對提高幼兒教師觀察能力和指導(dǎo)策略水平從不同的層面和立場給出了相應(yīng)建議。
[Abstract]:Preschool teachers' observation ability is teachers included in observation of children, including the target, method, recording and analyzing these aspects. The guiding strategy of kindergarten teachers in the teaching activities, in order to achieve the education goal, the corresponding strategies to make children get better development. Research and observation ability the relationship between the guiding strategy of preschool teachers has theoretical significance and practical value. This study through exploratory factor analysis, the formal questionnaire of preschool teachers' observation ability questionnaire < > and < kindergarteners'instructing strategy questionnaire. Firstly selected kindergartens of different grades in Liaoning Province as the questionnaire park by confirmatory factor analysis, after the letter the validity of the questionnaire, payment, recovery and screening of obtained 354 valid questionnaires. (the recovery rate and effective rate were 91.1% and 96.9%) on Through analysis of survey information and combined with small, finishing, observation and interview of 36 teachers in different classes, through multi factor analysis of variance characteristics observation ability and guiding strategies of preschool teachers are discussed. Finally, the research analyzes the relationship between the two. The results showed that: 1. preschool teachers' overall observation ability in good condition, but still can be improved. The guiding strategy overall situation of significant difference between.2. of preschool teachers in seniority and education background, the differences in education, age class was significantly related to.3. preschool teachers' observation ability and guidance strategies. Among them, affect the ability of observation ability in the screen and record the information of effective guidance strategies the largest, followed by the ability to observe and analysis the results, influence the choice of observation methods on preschool teachers' guiding strategies least. Through analyzing the practice and theory research on survey The results were discussed one by one. In conclusion and suggestion, the researcher gave some advice on improving the observation ability and guiding strategy level of kindergarten teachers from different levels and standpoints.
