【摘要】：當(dāng)前幼兒園"小學(xué)化"傾向仍然盛行,致使幼兒園課程改革舉步維艱,陷入"囚徒困境"。無論從社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)來看,還是從幼兒的小學(xué)適應(yīng)表現(xiàn)來看,繼續(xù)實(shí)行小學(xué)化是當(dāng)前幼兒園效用博弈的納什均衡點(diǎn)。建立以幼兒為本、反映本地特色的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與手段,推行"選擇性激勵(lì)"評(píng)價(jià)制度有助于改變當(dāng)前幼兒園之間的博弈結(jié)構(gòu),促使幼兒園真正實(shí)行課程改革。
[Abstract]:At present, the tendency of "primary school" in kindergartens is still prevailing, which makes the curriculum reform of kindergartens difficult and falls into the "prisoner's dilemma". Whether from the social evaluation or the performance of children's primary school adaptation, Continuing to implement primary school is the Nash equilibrium point of kindergarten utility game at present. The implementation of "selective incentive" evaluation system will help to change the game structure between kindergartens and promote the curriculum reform in kindergartens.
