【摘要】：當(dāng)前國際學(xué)前教育發(fā)展的重要主題就是提升學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量。學(xué)前教育的發(fā)展從以前單純追求幼兒園數(shù)量、適齡兒童的入園率、適齡兒童入園的時間長短等量的發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)成了在注重量的發(fā)展同時,更加注重質(zhì)的飛越。在此種發(fā)展趨勢下,世界各國都在立足本國現(xiàn)實的基礎(chǔ)上研制幼兒園教育質(zhì)量保障體系以保障本國幼兒教育處于較高水平。我國幼兒園教育質(zhì)量保障體系還處于起步階段,前路充滿著各種各樣的挑戰(zhàn)。本文立足人類發(fā)展生態(tài)學(xué)理論,探索保障體系的理想狀態(tài),并以此關(guān)照現(xiàn)實,找出當(dāng)前體系構(gòu)建問題之所在,并提出富有針對性與可行性的建議。第一部分:該部分主要是從幼兒園教育質(zhì)量的相關(guān)文獻、幼兒園教育質(zhì)量保障體系的相關(guān)文獻,以及人類發(fā)展生態(tài)學(xué)的相關(guān)文獻進行整理與分析,為本文保障體系相關(guān)研究提供經(jīng)驗準(zhǔn)備。第二部分:該部分主要是根據(jù)人類發(fā)展生態(tài)學(xué)理論分析保障體系的應(yīng)然狀態(tài),認(rèn)為其應(yīng)具備四大特征:目標(biāo)發(fā)展性;多元主體協(xié)調(diào)性;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適切性;手段多樣性。這成為整篇文章進行保障體系探討的理論框架。第三部分:該部分主要是進行理論對實踐的關(guān)照,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中的矛盾點,即存在的問題。然后對存在的問題從思想意識、能力、可利用資源、職責(zé)劃分等方面進行原因分析,為建議的提出提供支持。第四部分:該部分在原因分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以一種更加綜合的方式提出建議,即更新思想觀念、構(gòu)造主體網(wǎng)絡(luò)格局、組建專門機構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:At present, the important theme of international preschool education development is to improve the quality of pre-school education. The development of the same amount of time spent in school for children of school age has shifted to a more qualitative overflight while focusing on quantitative development. In this trend of development, Countries all over the world have developed the quality assurance system of kindergarten education on the basis of their own reality in order to ensure that the kindergarten education in our country is at a higher level, and the quality assurance system of kindergarten education in our country is still in its infancy. The future is full of various challenges. Based on the theory of human development ecology, this paper explores the ideal state of the security system, and takes care of the reality to find out the problem of the current system construction. The first part is mainly from the relevant literature on the quality of kindergarten education, the relevant documents of the quality assurance system of kindergarten education. And the related documents of human development ecology are sorted out and analyzed, which provides experience preparation for the research of the security system in this paper. Part two: this part is mainly based on the theory of human development ecology to analyze the supposed state of the security system. The author thinks that it should have four characteristics: development of goal, coordination of multiple subjects, appropriateness of standards, and so on. This becomes the theoretical framework for the discussion of the security system in the whole article. The third part: this part is mainly concerned with the theory of practice and finds the contradictions. That is, the existing problems. Then the existing problems from the ideological awareness, ability, available resources, responsibility division and other aspects of the cause analysis, to provide support for the proposal. Part 4th: this part on the basis of cause analysis, Suggestions are put forward in a more comprehensive way, that is, to renew the ideas, construct the structure of the main body network, and set up specialized institutions.
