幼兒園男教師角色沖突的個案研究

【摘要】:相關研究證明,男性在幼兒園中起到非常重要的作用,他們給幼兒園帶來了新鮮的活力,給幼兒的發(fā)展帶來更加積極的影響。我們在認識到他們重要性的同時也面臨著嚴峻的現(xiàn)實,實際工作在幼兒園一線的男教師數(shù)量非常有限,特別是在我國這種傳統(tǒng)的社會氛圍中,男性加入幼兒園這一行業(yè)本身就存在著許多的阻礙。本研究著重研究存在于男教師身上的角色沖突問題,角色沖突起源于社會學的研究,說明我們每個人都生活在一個“大舞臺”之中,我們在其中扮演著各種各樣的角色,當兩個角色發(fā)生沖突,或者不同人對同一角色產(chǎn)生不同期待時,扮演者自身就會產(chǎn)生一種沖突狀態(tài),,體驗不同程度的焦慮與緊張。幼兒園男教師在進入幼兒園時就伴隨著不同程度的角色沖突,特別是在中國這個具有濃厚傳統(tǒng)思想的社會,男性被賦予更多的期待,當他們從事似乎更適合女性的行業(yè)時,來自社會不同群體對他們的角色期待會給男教師帶來角色內(nèi)沖突。 本文采用個案的質(zhì)性研究方法,運用目的性抽樣選取三名男教師,兩位是工作在幼兒園一線的男教師,分別是初入職教師和成熟型教師,還有一位是已經(jīng)流失的男教師,試圖全方位的了解存在于他們身上的角色沖突問題。研究中運用觀察法和訪談法,從男教師的父母、同事和男教師自身三個不同的層面展開個案研究,分析角色沖突在男教師身上的表現(xiàn),并深入討論男教師應對角色沖突的策略。 為了緩解幼兒園男教師的角色沖突,我們應該更加科學的認識學前教育事業(yè),應改變傳統(tǒng)的幼兒園評價方式,積極鼓勵男教師加入幼兒園教師的隊伍,解除他們的后顧之憂,男教師自身也應更加充實和完善自己,積極應對角色沖突問題,更好的服務于我們的學前教育事業(yè)。本研究的核心目的是,通過對幼兒園男教師的角色沖突研究,從而改善男教師的自身處境,使他們更好的適應幼兒園工作,為整個學前教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展貢獻出自己的力量。
[Abstract]:Related studies prove that men play a very important role in kindergarten, they bring fresh vitality to kindergarten. We are aware of their importance while also facing the grim reality, the actual number of male teachers working in the kindergarten line is very limited. Especially in the traditional social atmosphere of our country, there are many obstacles for men to join kindergarten. This study focuses on the role conflict of male teachers. Role conflict originates from sociological research, showing that each of us lives in a "big stage" in which we play a variety of roles when the two roles conflict. Or when different people have different expectations of the same role, the actor himself will create a state of conflict. Experience different levels of anxiety and tension. Male kindergarten teachers enter kindergarten with different degrees of role conflict, especially in China, which has a strong traditional thinking society. Men are given more expectations, and when they are in what seems to be a better fit for women, expectations of their roles from different sectors of society create intra-role conflicts for male teachers. This article adopts the qualitative research method of the case, selects three male teachers by the purposeful sampling, two male teachers who work in the front line of the kindergarten, are the new teachers and the mature teachers respectively. Another is a lost male teacher, trying to understand the problem of role conflict in their body. The study used observation and interviews, from the male teacher's parents. A case study was carried out on three different levels of colleagues and male teachers to analyze the performance of role conflict in male teachers and to discuss in depth the strategies for male teachers to cope with role conflicts. In order to alleviate the role conflict of male kindergarten teachers, we should more scientifically understand the cause of preschool education, should change the traditional evaluation of kindergarten, and actively encourage male teachers to join the ranks of kindergarten teachers. To relieve their worries, male teachers themselves should also enrich and improve themselves, actively deal with role conflicts, better serve our pre-school education. The core purpose of this study is. Through the study of male teachers' role conflict in kindergarten, the author can improve the situation of male teachers, make them better adapt to the work of kindergarten, and contribute their own strength to the development of the whole preschool education.
