【摘要】：正 一、“托幼一體化教育”的基本認(rèn)識 用現(xiàn)代系統(tǒng)理論來考察農(nóng)村托幼教育的現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展趨勢,要正確處理整體與部分,部分與部分相互聯(lián)系、相互制約的關(guān)系,總結(jié)托幼一體化教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),分析目前推進(jìn)托幼一體化教育的問題和困惑,認(rèn)真把握“托幼一體化”的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵和其自身特點(diǎn)。所謂托幼一體化,通俗地講即指學(xué)前教育一體化的規(guī)劃,一體化的辦學(xué)體制和管理機(jī)制、實(shí)施一體化的教育。包括資源共享,優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ),師資融通,教育目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、要求的連貫性、遞進(jìn)性等。托幼一體化既是社會中的一種現(xiàn)象,又是教育過程中的一個階段,稱學(xué)前教育,其又自成體系,成為一個系統(tǒng),體現(xiàn)了區(qū)域范圍內(nèi)教育改革的整體性、有序性、聯(lián)系性、動態(tài)性。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the modern system theory , the basic understanding of " Education for Children and Children " is to study the present situation and development trend of the education in rural areas . To deal with the relationship between the whole and part , the part and the part , the relationship between the whole and part , the part and the part , the relationship between the whole and part , the part and the part , the relationship between the education aim , the content , the consistency and the progressiveness of the integration of the education of the children and children are discussed . The integration of the child and child is a phenomenon in the society , and it is a stage in the course of education . It is called preschool education . It is a system which reflects the integrity , orderliness , contact and dynamics of the educational reform in the region .
