【摘要】：職教園區(qū)集合了真實(shí)的環(huán)境，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的技術(shù)和充足的資源等多種優(yōu)勢于一體，運(yùn)用校企一體化，生產(chǎn)和教學(xué)結(jié)合，做學(xué)合一，多方參與等手段培養(yǎng)技術(shù)型人才，已經(jīng)成為了職業(yè)教育集約化發(fā)展的代表性模式。職教園區(qū)以實(shí)現(xiàn)終身教育作為辦學(xué)理念，充分整合當(dāng)?shù)刭Y源，發(fā)展新的職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)方法，促進(jìn)中、高等職業(yè)教育平衡發(fā)展，迎合轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式和調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的要求，滿足地方經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會(huì)發(fā)展對于技術(shù)型和技能想人才需求。 有關(guān)職教園區(qū)的理論和實(shí)踐研究應(yīng)該首先把重點(diǎn)放在職教園區(qū)到底能不能夠促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展，還有應(yīng)該如何建設(shè)規(guī)劃和發(fā)展職業(yè)教育園區(qū)。本次研究運(yùn)用可行性研究分析方法，借鑒現(xiàn)有最新的可行性研究案例，吸取有益的研究成果，從理論和應(yīng)用兩方面深入研究職教園區(qū)的預(yù)測技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析方法。再以天津某職教園區(qū)為例，，分析園區(qū)選址，建設(shè)條件、規(guī)劃實(shí)施方案、投資估算及資金籌措、環(huán)境評價(jià)，財(cái)務(wù)評價(jià)和社會(huì)影響，從多個(gè)角度論證項(xiàng)目的可行性，對于項(xiàng)目的具體建設(shè)提出一些建議。 通過以上分析，文章最后得出項(xiàng)目的可行性結(jié)論：職教園區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目能夠?qū)Υ龠M(jìn)天津職業(yè)教育發(fā)展，滿足天津?qū)β殬I(yè)技術(shù)人才的需求，能夠帶來較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，環(huán)境效益和社會(huì)效益，因此職教園區(qū)的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目具有可行性。
[Abstract]:The vocational education park integrates many advantages, such as the real environment, the technology of keeping pace with the times and sufficient resources, and trains technical talents by means of the integration of schools and enterprises, the combination of production and teaching, the integration of learning, and the participation of many parties. It has become the representative mode of intensive development of vocational education. The vocational education park takes the realization of lifelong education as the idea of running a school, fully integrates local resources, develops new methods of running vocational education, promotes the balanced development of middle and higher vocational education, and caters to the requirements of changing the mode of economic development and adjusting the industrial structure. To meet the needs of local economic construction and social development for technology and skills. The theoretical and practical research on vocational education park should first focus on whether the vocational education park can promote the development of vocational education, and how to plan and develop the vocational education park. This study uses the feasibility study analysis method, draws lessons from the existing latest feasibility study case, absorbs the beneficial research result, from the theory and the application two aspects deeply studies the vocational education park forecast technology and the economic benefit analysis method. Taking a vocational education park in Tianjin as an example, this paper analyzes the site selection, construction conditions, planning and implementation plan, investment estimation and fund raising, environmental assessment, financial evaluation and social impact, and demonstrates the feasibility of the project from many angles. Some suggestions are put forward for the specific construction of the project. Through the above analysis, the paper finally draws the feasible conclusion of the project: the construction project of vocational education park can promote the development of vocational education in Tianjin, meet the demand of vocational and technical talents in Tianjin, and bring better economic benefits. Environmental and social benefits, so the construction project of vocational education park is feasible.
