高等職業(yè)教育混合所有制改革的基本定位及其實踐路徑

【摘要】：職業(yè)院校的混合所有制改革是我國高等教育發(fā)展進程中的一件大事。當前,推進高職院�；旌纤兄聘母锉仨毷紫壤迩�"誰來混、為何混、怎么混、混什么"等四大核心議題。明確公辦高等職業(yè)院�；旌纤兄聘母锏闹黧w地位;明確解決"產(chǎn)教融合"問題是公辦高職院校混合所有制改革的基本出發(fā)點;明確公辦高職院�；旌纤兄聘母�"由下到上、有近到遠、有點到面、由內(nèi)到外"的改革路徑;明確建立與混合產(chǎn)權(quán)相適應(yīng)的公辦高職院校的治理結(jié)構(gòu)是改革的核心內(nèi)容,這將有助于在復(fù)雜的改革背景下更好地厘清高職院校混合所有制改革的基本方略。
[Abstract]:The reform of mixed ownership in vocational colleges is a major event in the development of higher education in China. At present, to promote the reform of mixed ownership in higher vocational colleges, we must first clarify the four core issues: "who will mix, why to mix, how to mix, what to mix" and so on. It is the basic starting point of the mixed ownership reform of public higher vocational colleges to make clear the main position of the mixed ownership reform in public higher vocational colleges, and to solve the problem of "integration of production and education". It is clear that the reform of mixed ownership in public higher vocational colleges is "from bottom to top, from near to far, a little to the surface, from the inside to the outside". It is the core content of the reform to establish the governance structure of public higher vocational colleges suitable for mixed property rights, which will help to better clarify the basic strategy of mixed ownership reform in higher vocational colleges under the background of complex reform.

[Abstract]:The reform of mixed ownership in vocational colleges is a major event in the development of higher education in China.
