我國“現代學徒制”實踐的現狀研究——基于2004-2014年公開文獻的數據分析

【摘要】:現代學徒制實踐發(fā)展至今,迫切需要對已有實踐進行分析和反思。基于文獻調查法,課題組對近11年來的公開文獻進行整理,選出90個實踐樣本,從數量分布、校企協同育人機制、招生招工模式、師資隊伍建設、管理制度及外部支持環(huán)境六大維度對我國"現代學徒制"的實踐現狀進行分析。分析結果表明,我國現代學徒制實踐數量發(fā)展較快,但分布不均衡;實踐初顯現代學徒制特征,但核心內涵不顯出;相配套的管理制度與外部保障條件存在缺位。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern apprenticeship system, it is urgent to analyze and reflect on the existing practice. Based on the method of literature investigation, the research group collates the public literature in the past 11 years, and selects 90 practical samples, from the quantitative distribution, the mechanism of co-education between school and enterprise, the mode of enrollment and recruitment, and the construction of teaching staff. The present situation of modern apprenticeship system in China is analyzed in six dimensions of management system and external support environment. The results show that the quantity of modern apprenticeship system in China develops rapidly, but the distribution is uneven; the practice shows the characteristics of modern apprenticeship system, but the core connotation is not obvious; the matching management system and external guarantee conditions are absent.
