【摘要】：現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制實(shí)踐發(fā)展至今,迫切需要對(duì)已有實(shí)踐進(jìn)行分析和反思�；谖墨I(xiàn)調(diào)查法,課題組對(duì)近11年來的公開文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行整理,選出90個(gè)實(shí)踐樣本,從數(shù)量分布、校企協(xié)同育人機(jī)制、招生招工模式、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、管理制度及外部支持環(huán)境六大維度對(duì)我國(guó)"現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制"的實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。分析結(jié)果表明,我國(guó)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制實(shí)踐數(shù)量發(fā)展較快,但分布不均衡;實(shí)踐初顯現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制特征,但核心內(nèi)涵不顯出;相配套的管理制度與外部保障條件存在缺位。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern apprenticeship system, it is urgent to analyze and reflect on the existing practice. Based on the method of literature investigation, the research group collates the public literature in the past 11 years, and selects 90 practical samples, from the quantitative distribution, the mechanism of co-education between school and enterprise, the mode of enrollment and recruitment, and the construction of teaching staff. The present situation of modern apprenticeship system in China is analyzed in six dimensions of management system and external support environment. The results show that the quantity of modern apprenticeship system in China develops rapidly, but the distribution is uneven; the practice shows the characteristics of modern apprenticeship system, but the core connotation is not obvious; the matching management system and external guarantee conditions are absent.
