【摘要】：在20多年的職業(yè)學校改革實踐中,學校以理念文化引領辦學思想的現(xiàn)代化,以課程文化引領教學內容的現(xiàn)代化,以行為文化引領學校管理的現(xiàn)代化,以環(huán)境文化引領辦學條件的現(xiàn)代化,形成了具有鮮明特色的校園文化,在文化引領學�，F(xiàn)代化建設上走出了一條以"四維育人"體系為核心的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:In the practice of the reform of the vocational school for more than 20 years, the school guided the modernization of the school-running thought with the concept culture, led the modernization of the teaching content with the curriculum culture, led the modernization of the school management with the behavior culture, and led the modernization of the school management condition with the environment culture. The campus culture with distinct characteristics is formed, and a modern development road, which is the core of the "four-dimensional education" system, is taken out of the modern construction of the culture-leading school.
