綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下的職業(yè)教育研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展帶來(lái)的是物質(zhì)的繁榮,隨之而來(lái)的也有諸多問(wèn)題。水污染、毒奶粉,使得人們開始把目光投向了“綠色”;金融危機(jī)使得人們認(rèn)識(shí)到必須調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),使之向著更加可持續(xù)的方向發(fā)展。因此,“綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)”作為一種可持續(xù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形態(tài),逐漸進(jìn)入人們的視野,成為了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。“綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)”的擴(kuò)張,創(chuàng)造了很多綠色工作,同時(shí),擁有“綠色技能”的人才缺失成為了制約“綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)”發(fā)展的瓶頸。職業(yè)教育面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,也需要采取各種措施,向著綠色職教發(fā)展。本論文分為四章。 第一章,從“綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)”到“綠色工作”、“綠色技能”。梳理“綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)”的有關(guān)概念界定,總結(jié)“綠色工作”所在領(lǐng)域,分析“綠色技能”的具體內(nèi)涵。 第二章,我國(guó)綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展前景。從六個(gè)方面闡述我國(guó)發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)的必然性,結(jié)合我國(guó)既有經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的非綠色特征,來(lái)看我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型背景下的綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展前景。 第三章,綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)及國(guó)外職教應(yīng)對(duì)策略。綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)將從消費(fèi)習(xí)慣、產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整方向和環(huán)境規(guī)范三個(gè)方面對(duì)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)生影響,進(jìn)而對(duì)職業(yè)教育所培養(yǎng)的人才規(guī)格、培養(yǎng)對(duì)象、課程內(nèi)容、專業(yè)設(shè)置等方面提出新的要求,文章借鑒了國(guó)外職業(yè)教育應(yīng)對(duì)綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的措施,以美國(guó)為例。 第四章,綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。面對(duì)綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)人才的新要求,借鑒國(guó)外職教的經(jīng)驗(yàn),我國(guó)職業(yè)教育應(yīng)著力從五個(gè)方面采取措施。一是加強(qiáng)職后綠色技能培訓(xùn);二是專業(yè)設(shè)置向綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)傾斜;三是課程內(nèi)容體現(xiàn)綠色理念,增加應(yīng)對(duì)災(zāi)害內(nèi)容;四是進(jìn)行綠色通用技能培養(yǎng),關(guān)注受教育者職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展;五是開發(fā)適合我國(guó)的綠色職業(yè)資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the economy brings about the prosperity of the material, and there are also many problems. Water pollution and tainted milk powder have made people start to look at "green"; the financial crisis has made people realize the need to adjust the economic structure to make it develop in a more sustainable direction. Therefore, "Green economy" as a kind of sustainable economic development form, gradually enters the people's vision, has become the future development trend of our country's economy. The expansion of "green economy" has created a lot of green jobs. At the same time, the lack of talents with "green skills" has become the bottleneck restricting the development of "green economy". In the face of economic transformation and development, vocational education also needs to take various measures to develop towards green vocational education. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter, from "green economy" to "green job", "green skills". This paper reviews the definition of "green economy", summarizes the field of "green work", and analyzes the concrete connotation of "green skill". The second chapter, our country green economy development prospect. This paper expounds the inevitability of developing green economy in China from six aspects, and looks at the prospect of green economy development under the background of economic transformation in China in the light of the non-green characteristics of existing economic development in China. The third chapter, the challenges brought by green economy and foreign vocational education strategies. The green economy will have an impact on the labor market from three aspects: consumption habits, industrial adjustment direction and environmental norms, and then put forward new requirements in the aspects of personnel specifications, training objects, curriculum contents, specialty setup, and so on, which are trained in vocational education. This article draws lessons from the measures of foreign vocational education to deal with the development of green economy, taking the United States as an example. Chapter four, the countermeasures of vocational education in China under the background of green economy. Facing the new requirement of green economy to talents and drawing lessons from the experience of foreign vocational education, the vocational education of our country should take measures from five aspects. The first is to strengthen the post-service green skills training; second, the professional setting to the green industry; third, the curriculum content embodies the green concept, increase the disaster response content; fourth, carry on the green general skills training, pay attention to the career development of the educated; Fifth, the development of green professional qualification standards suitable for our country.
