【摘要】：近年來,我國職業(yè)教育發(fā)展駛?cè)?快車道",培養(yǎng)了大批中高級技能型人才,為推動經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展和促進大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)作出了重要貢獻。伴隨著全球化服務經(jīng)濟浪潮以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級調(diào)整,我國迎來服務經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的春天。服務經(jīng)濟貯藏著巨大的發(fā)展動力,開拓了新的市場前景和職業(yè)需求,為職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展提供了新的發(fā)展空間。然而,當前作為職教體系中堅力量的高職教育人才培養(yǎng)尚不能完全適應服務經(jīng)濟時代的新挑戰(zhàn)。為把握契機,將高職院校人才培養(yǎng)作為推動高職院校"內(nèi)涵式"發(fā)展以及順應服務經(jīng)濟新需求的有力抓手,在培養(yǎng)目標、課程體系、培養(yǎng)方式、師資團隊、實踐基地、評價體系等方面全方位、立體化、寬領(lǐng)域協(xié)同推進高職院校人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of vocational education in China has driven into the "fast lane", and a large number of middle-and high-level technical talents have been trained to make an important contribution to the promotion of economic and social development and the promotion of public entrepreneurship. With the development of the globalization service economy and the adjustment of the industrial structure, the spring of the service economy development in China is welcomed. The service economy has a great development power, and opened up a new market prospect and professional demand, and provided a new development space for the development of vocational education. However, the current talent training of higher vocational education, which is the strength in the vocational education system, can not fully meet the new challenge of the service economy era. In order to seize the opportunity, the talent training of higher vocational colleges should be taken as a powerful hand to promote the development of the "internal culvert" in higher vocational colleges and the new demand of the service economy, and the training target, the course system, the cultivation method, the teacher team, the practice base and the evaluation system are all-round and three-dimensional. To promote the talents training of higher vocational colleges and universities in the wide field.
