【摘要】：自主創(chuàng)業(yè)對(duì)推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展、加快科技創(chuàng)新和成果轉(zhuǎn)化以及緩解就業(yè)壓力等方面有著日益重要的作用。高職院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育目前還處于發(fā)展初期,難以形成廣泛參與的規(guī)模效應(yīng)。為響應(yīng)國(guó)家提出的“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”的號(hào)召,T職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院作為百所國(guó)家優(yōu)秀骨干高職院校之一,在京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的背景下,抓住實(shí)施國(guó)家《高等職業(yè)院校創(chuàng)新發(fā)展行動(dòng)計(jì)劃(2015-2018年)》的重大機(jī)遇,鞏固國(guó)家優(yōu)秀骨干高職院校建設(shè)成果,創(chuàng)建國(guó)家優(yōu)質(zhì)高等職業(yè)院校,以服務(wù)“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新”國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略為宗旨,通過(guò)加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育工作的頂層設(shè)計(jì),不斷深化創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革。為探索高職院校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有效的實(shí)施途徑,本文以T職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育實(shí)施情況作為研究對(duì)象,全文首先介紹了研究的背景、意義、目標(biāo)、文獻(xiàn)綜述以及研究思路和方法,對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育等核心概念進(jìn)行了界定,并且陳述了相關(guān)理論依據(jù);其次,對(duì)T職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,總結(jié)出其在實(shí)施過(guò)程中存在的一些問(wèn)題并對(duì)問(wèn)題原因進(jìn)行了剖析;最后基于以上研究,從觀念、教學(xué)體系、師資隊(duì)伍、扶持體系,校園文化建設(shè)等幾方面提出完善創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的合理化建議,真正為T職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院提高創(chuàng)業(yè)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,提升學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì),創(chuàng)建國(guó)家優(yōu)質(zhì)骨干高職院校起到推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:Independent entrepreneurship plays an increasingly important role in promoting the rapid development of the economy, speeding up the transformation of scientific and technological innovation and achievements, and alleviating the pressure of employment. Higher vocational college entrepreneurship education is still in the early stage of development, it is difficult to form a wide range of participation in the scale effect. In order to respond to the call of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" put forward by the state, T Vocational and Technical College, as one of the hundreds of outstanding national backbone higher vocational colleges, is under the background of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Seize the important opportunity of implementing the National Action Plan for Innovation and Development of higher Vocational Colleges (2015-2018), consolidate the achievements of the construction of national outstanding backbone higher vocational colleges, and create national high-quality vocational colleges to serve the "mass entrepreneurship." By strengthening the top-level design of innovative entrepreneurship education, the reform of innovative entrepreneurship education is constantly deepened. In order to explore the effective ways to implement entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, this paper takes the implementation of entrepreneurship education in T vocational and technical college as the research object. Firstly, the paper introduces the background, significance and goal of the research. Literature review, research ideas and methods, define the core concepts of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education and so on, and state the relevant theoretical basis; Secondly, the author investigates the situation of entrepreneurship education in T vocational and technical college, sums up some problems in the process of its implementation and analyzes the causes of the problems. Finally, based on the above research, from the concept, teaching system, teaching staff, support system, campus cultural construction and other aspects to improve the rationalization of entrepreneurship education, to truly improve the teaching quality of entrepreneurship education for T vocational and technical colleges. Improve the comprehensive quality of students, the establishment of national high-quality backbone higher vocational colleges play a role in promoting.
