【摘要】：我國(guó)高等院校擴(kuò)大招生以后,大學(xué)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)日趨嚴(yán)峻,其中農(nóng)業(yè)高職院校農(nóng)類專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)形勢(shì)尤為嚴(yán)峻。大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題成為社會(huì)、政府、學(xué)校和畢業(yè)生關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。本研究通過(guò)查閱資料,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)高職院校的就業(yè)導(dǎo)向與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析、比對(duì),以廣西農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為例,對(duì)畢業(yè)生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、社會(huì)需求、畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)價(jià)值觀、學(xué)校對(duì)學(xué)生就業(yè)引導(dǎo)等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析,得出以下研究結(jié)果。 1、大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的客觀原因,主要表現(xiàn)在畢業(yè)生人數(shù)較多,國(guó)家行政機(jī)關(guān)、國(guó)有企事業(yè)單位提供的崗位較少；部分專業(yè)設(shè)置與社會(huì)需求不夠吻合,冷門(mén)專業(yè)需求量��；學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)規(guī)格與質(zhì)量不符合用人單位的復(fù)合型人才的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；城市與農(nóng)村的供需不平衡等方面。 2、農(nóng)業(yè)高職院校農(nóng)類專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的主觀原因,主要是畢業(yè)生多考慮大城市的高收入、工作環(huán)境好的職業(yè),一些農(nóng)類專業(yè)畢業(yè)生寧愿跟上千應(yīng)聘者競(jìng)爭(zhēng)幾個(gè)甚至是一個(gè)非農(nóng)崗位,也不愿意到農(nóng)村基層從事農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)或管理方面的工作,或自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。這一原因造成了農(nóng)類高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難,換崗頻繁等就業(yè)質(zhì)量不高等問(wèn)題。 3、針對(duì)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合麥克思公司撰寫(xiě)的《廣西農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院社會(huì)需求與培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量年度報(bào)告》,建議學(xué)校應(yīng)根據(jù)社會(huì)需求,對(duì)課程設(shè)置和專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行及時(shí)調(diào)整,加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),培養(yǎng)出 符合社會(huì)和市場(chǎng)需求的農(nóng)業(yè)復(fù)合型人才。 4、借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外促進(jìn)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)出農(nóng)業(yè)高職畢業(yè)生就業(yè)引導(dǎo)的方法,給予大學(xué)生正確的就業(yè)指導(dǎo),使在校大學(xué)生及早規(guī)劃自己,將來(lái)能更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值。 5、結(jié)合調(diào)查結(jié)果,制定出《廣西農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院就業(yè)導(dǎo)向工作指南》。
[Abstract]:After the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in China, the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious, especially the employment situation of agricultural graduates in higher vocational colleges. The employment of college students has become a hot spot in society, government, schools and graduates. In this study, the employment orientation and development trend of agricultural vocational colleges at home and abroad were analyzed and compared. Taking Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College as an example, the quality of graduates' training, the social needs, and the value of graduates' job selection were analyzed and compared with those of Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College. School to student employment guidance and other issues of investigation and analysis, obtained the following research results. 1. The objective reasons for the difficulty in employment of college graduates are as follows: the number of graduates is large, the posts provided by state-owned enterprises and institutions are less than those provided by state-owned enterprises and institutions, and some professional settings are not enough in line with the social needs, and the demand for underprivileged majors is small. The training specifications and quality of students do not accord with the standards of compound talents of employing units, the imbalance of supply and demand between urban and rural areas and so on. 2. The subjective reasons for the difficulty in employment of agricultural graduates in higher vocational colleges are mainly that graduates consider more high-income jobs in large cities and have a good working environment. Some agricultural graduates would rather compete with thousands of candidates for a few non-farm jobs than work in agricultural technology or management or start their own businesses at the grass-roots level in rural areas. This cause causes the agricultural higher vocational graduates employment difficulty, the frequent change of post and so on the employment quality is not high and so on. 3. In view of the problems existing in the employment of graduates, and in the light of the Annual report on Social needs and training quality of Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College, written by Max Company, it is suggested that schools should be based on social needs. Adjust the curriculum and specialty structure in time, strengthen the practice teaching link, and cultivate the agricultural compound talents which meet the needs of the society and the market. 4. Draw lessons from the experience of promoting graduates' employment at home and abroad, sum up the methods of employment guidance for agricultural higher vocational graduates, give correct employment guidance to college students, make them plan themselves as soon as possible, and realize their self-worth better in the future. 5.According to the survey results, the employment-oriented work guide of Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College was worked out.
