【摘要】：職業(yè)教育的本質(zhì)是職業(yè)能力教育,核心內(nèi)容是職業(yè)技能和職業(yè)素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是技能型人才。校企合作技能型人才培養(yǎng)是職業(yè)院校和企業(yè)通過簽訂合作協(xié)議,充分利用學(xué)校的教學(xué)資源和企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)資源,通過學(xué)校的課堂教學(xué)與企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,共同培養(yǎng)適合企業(yè)和社會(huì)所需要的技能型人才的一種人才培養(yǎng)模式。加強(qiáng)校企合作培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型技能型人才是許多發(fā)達(dá)國家職業(yè)教育成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)所在,是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的迫切需要。校企合作有利于職業(yè)院校的基礎(chǔ)能力建設(shè)、專業(yè)建設(shè)和雙師型教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),有利于職業(yè)院校學(xué)生提升職業(yè)技能和拓展就業(yè)渠道,有利于企業(yè)對(duì)技能型人才的培養(yǎng)和選擇。近年來,我國職業(yè)教育校企合作有了較快發(fā)展,但仍存在國家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)不完善,政府政策支持不到位,職業(yè)院校吸引力不足,企業(yè)參與積極性不高,學(xué)生難適應(yīng)等現(xiàn)象。校企合作技能型人才培養(yǎng)必須建立和完善校企合作相關(guān)法律法規(guī),加大政府的政策支持力度,理順管理體制,落實(shí)就業(yè)準(zhǔn)入制度,加強(qiáng)對(duì)校企合作的管理；企業(yè)應(yīng)把校企合作技能型人才培養(yǎng)作為一項(xiàng)重要的事業(yè)來做,不斷增強(qiáng)社會(huì)責(zé)任感,主動(dòng)參與校企合作；職業(yè)院校應(yīng)更新辦學(xué)理念,深化教學(xué)改革,加強(qiáng)專業(yè)建設(shè)和師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),不斷增強(qiáng)自身吸引力,以主動(dòng)服務(wù)換取企業(yè)的支持；學(xué)生應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,珍惜實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì),勤學(xué)苦練,不斷提升綜合職業(yè)素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The essence of vocational education is vocational ability education, the core content is vocational skills and professional quality, and the training target is skilled talents. The training of university-enterprise cooperative skilled talents is that vocational colleges and enterprises make full use of the teaching resources and production resources of enterprises by signing cooperation agreements, and through the classroom teaching of schools and the production practice of enterprises, the training of skilled talents between universities and enterprises is based on the cooperation agreement between vocational colleges and enterprises. It is a kind of talent training mode which is suitable for enterprises and society to cultivate skilled talents together. It is the successful experience of vocational education in many developed countries to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises to train applied skilled talents, and it is an urgent need for the transformation of economic structure and upgrading of industrial structure in China. The school-enterprise cooperation is beneficial to the construction of the basic capacity, the professional construction and the construction of the double-qualified teachers in vocational colleges and universities, to the promotion of vocational skills and the expansion of employment channels, and to the cultivation and selection of skilled talents in the enterprises. In recent years, the cooperation between vocational education schools and enterprises has developed rapidly, but there are still some problems, such as the related laws and regulations are not perfect, the government policy support is not in place, vocational colleges and universities are not attractive, the enthusiasm of enterprise participation is not high, students are difficult to adapt and so on. It is necessary to establish and perfect the laws and regulations related to the school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen the government's policy support, straighten out the management system, implement the employment admission system, and strengthen the management of the school-enterprise cooperation. Enterprises should take the training of skilled talents in school-enterprise cooperation as an important cause, constantly strengthen the sense of social responsibility, actively participate in school-enterprise cooperation; Vocational colleges and universities should renew the idea of running a school, deepen the teaching reform, strengthen the professional construction and the construction of teaching staff, constantly enhance their own attractiveness, and exchange active service for the support of enterprises. Students should change their ideas, cherish the practical training opportunities, study hard, and constantly improve the comprehensive professional quality.
