【摘要】：當(dāng)前高職院校實行內(nèi)部質(zhì)量體系構(gòu)建與診改需要回應(yīng)的問題是:高職院校教學(xué)診改能否避免止于理念、浮于概念、疏于機制、荒于控制、失于執(zhí)行。而避免和解決問題的思路在于,一是要準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識與構(gòu)建質(zhì)量體系,二是要將質(zhì)量的文化管理與科學(xué)管理相結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:At present, the problems that need to be answered in the construction of internal quality system and consultation in higher vocational colleges are: whether the teaching consultation in higher vocational colleges can avoid the concept, float in the concept, neglect the mechanism, lack of control, and lose in the execution. The way to avoid and solve the problem lies in the following: one is to understand and construct the quality system accurately, the other is to combine the cultural management of quality with the scientific management.
