【摘要】：新常態(tài)下高職院校管理的應(yīng)然表征為本真理念的回歸、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的體認(rèn)及創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)的超越。針對(duì)當(dāng)前高職院校管理改革面臨的管理"內(nèi)涵式"發(fā)展要求與"外延式"現(xiàn)狀之間的矛盾等多重實(shí)踐困境,文章提出管理環(huán)境由"粗放式"轉(zhuǎn)向"生態(tài)化"、管理模式由"封閉式"轉(zhuǎn)向"開放式"、管理方向由"彌補(bǔ)性人治"轉(zhuǎn)向"創(chuàng)新性法治"、管理方式由"行政式"轉(zhuǎn)向"合作化"等出路。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, the management of higher vocational colleges should be represented by the return of the original idea, the recognition of the structure optimization and the transcendence of the innovation drive. In view of the contradictions between the development requirements of management "connotative" and "epitaxial" in the current management reform of higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward that the management environment should be changed from "extensive" to "ecological". The mode of management has changed from "closed" to "open", the direction of management has changed from "compensatory rule of man" to "innovative rule of law", and the mode of management has changed from "administrative style" to "cooperative transformation".
