我國實施現(xiàn)代學徒制的制度瓶頸及突破

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代學徒制培養(yǎng)模式已成為職業(yè)教育的重要抓手并得到廣泛認同。文章分析了現(xiàn)代學徒制人才培養(yǎng)的特征,認為法律制度不到位、責任制度不健全、職業(yè)通道不貫通三類因素是制約現(xiàn)代學徒制實施的主要制度問題。為此,文章從建立法律制度、實施條例、實施細則的層級結(jié)構(gòu)體系等五個方面系統(tǒng)論述了現(xiàn)代學徒制的制度體系建設,以期為我國的現(xiàn)代學徒制發(fā)展建言獻策。
[Abstract]:Modern apprenticeship training model has become an important grasp of vocational education and has been widely recognized. This paper analyzes the characteristics of modern apprenticeship personnel training, and points out that the main institutional problems that restrict the implementation of modern apprenticeship system are that the legal system is not in place, the responsibility system is not perfect, and the professional channel is not through. Therefore, this paper systematically discusses the system construction of modern apprenticeship system from five aspects, such as establishing legal system, implementing regulations and implementing detailed rules, in order to offer suggestions for the development of modern apprenticeship system in our country.
