【摘要】：企業(yè)辦學(xué)是一種重要的辦學(xué)模式，曾經(jīng)在推動企業(yè)發(fā)展和補(bǔ)充國家教育事業(yè)中做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)；同時，科學(xué)的企業(yè)辦學(xué)在推動企業(yè)發(fā)展和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)步方面具有不可替代的重要作用。然而，，近年來，伴隨著社會的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的改革，企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校的發(fā)展情況并不樂觀，原有的企業(yè)辦學(xué)模式已無法滿足時代發(fā)展需要，呈現(xiàn)出嚴(yán)重的滯后性，不僅未能繼續(xù)發(fā)揮為企業(yè)輸送人才的積極功能，而且還給企業(yè)造成了沉重的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。 因此，基于這樣的社會背景，本文旨在通過回顧企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校的發(fā)展歷程、歸納企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、展望企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校發(fā)展前景，全面分析和總結(jié)出我國企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校在當(dāng)前的社會發(fā)展形勢下，所面臨的生存困境，進(jìn)而在此基礎(chǔ)上為解決企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校困境問題，從完善國家的相關(guān)政策、提高企業(yè)對辦學(xué)的正確認(rèn)識和強(qiáng)化學(xué)校教學(xué)管理水平三方面，創(chuàng)新提出了幾點(diǎn)有針對性的完善建議。全文共分為五章： 第一章，導(dǎo)論。本章主要闡釋了研究緣起、研究意義、研究思路與方法。通過文獻(xiàn)綜述，明確了研究企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校的困境與對策的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 第二章，企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校概述。通過對企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校的發(fā)展歷程、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在意義以及發(fā)展前景的整理，加深了對當(dāng)前企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校特點(diǎn)、存在問題的形成過程的理解。 第三章，企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校的困境——以中國水電八局高級技工學(xué)校為例。通過案例分析與文獻(xiàn)查閱相結(jié)合的方法，呈現(xiàn)目前企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校的困境。 第四章，企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校陷入困境的原因。本章主要采用了文獻(xiàn)查閱的研究方法，對企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校存在的問題與原因進(jìn)行了深入分析和解讀。 第五章，解決企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校困境的對策。本章主要針對企業(yè)辦中職學(xué)校在辦學(xué)中存在的問題，提出來完善國家相關(guān)政策、企業(yè)認(rèn)識辦學(xué)意義、學(xué)校加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量等建議。
[Abstract]:As an important mode of running a school, enterprises have made important contributions in promoting the development of enterprises and supplementing the national educational undertakings. At the same time, scientific enterprise running plays an irreplaceable role in promoting enterprise development and social economic progress. However, in recent years, with the development of society and the reform of economic system, the development of secondary vocational schools is not optimistic. It has not only failed to bring into play the positive function of transferring talents for enterprises, but also caused heavy economic burden to enterprises. Therefore, based on this social background, this paper aims to sum up the development status of secondary vocational schools by reviewing the development process of secondary vocational schools, and to look forward to the development prospects of secondary vocational schools. This paper comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the survival dilemma that enterprises run secondary vocational schools in our country under the current social development situation, and on this basis, in order to solve the plight of enterprises running secondary vocational schools, we should perfect the relevant policies of the country. In order to improve the enterprise's correct understanding of running a school and strengthen the level of school teaching management, some suggestions are put forward. The full text is divided into five chapters: chapter one, introduction. This chapter mainly explains the origin of the research, research significance, research ideas and methods. Based on the literature review, the theoretical and practical significance of the study on the plight and countermeasures of the secondary vocational schools in enterprises is clarified. The second chapter is an overview of secondary vocational schools run by enterprises. Through the arrangement of the development course, the present situation, the existing significance and the development prospect of the secondary vocational schools, the understanding of the characteristics and the forming process of the existing problems in the enterprises' running secondary vocational schools has been deepened. The third chapter, the dilemma of enterprises running secondary vocational schools-take the senior technical schools of the eighth Bureau of China Hydropower as an example. Through the method of case analysis and literature review, this paper presents the predicament of enterprises running secondary vocational schools. The fourth chapter, the enterprise run secondary vocational schools into difficulties. This chapter mainly adopts the research method of literature reference, and deeply analyzes and interprets the existing problems and reasons of the secondary vocational schools run by enterprises. The fifth chapter, the solution to the plight of secondary vocational schools. This chapter mainly aims at the problems existing in the running of the secondary vocational schools, and puts forward some suggestions, such as perfecting the relevant national policies, understanding the significance of running schools, and strengthening the quality of the schools.
