【摘要】：依法治國是黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民治理國家的基本方略,樹立社會主義法治理念,在全社會和全體公民中養(yǎng)成自覺尊重法律,維護法律的權(quán)威,嚴格依法辦事的思想意識,是實現(xiàn)依法治國的重要前提。高職院校學(xué)生作為國家建設(shè)生產(chǎn)一線的后備軍,其法治理念不僅關(guān)系大學(xué)生的健康成長,而且關(guān)系國家法治化、現(xiàn)代化的進程。近年來,高職院校暴露出的學(xué)生違法違紀甚至犯罪問題呈上升趨勢,反映出高職院校法治教育工作有待進一步加強和改進。文章通過對高職院校學(xué)生法治理念教育的現(xiàn)狀及成因分析,給出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Ruling the country according to law is the basic strategy for the Party to lead the people in governing the country. The concept of socialist rule of law should be established, and the ideological consciousness of consciously respecting the law, safeguarding the authority of the law and handling affairs strictly according to law should be cultivated in the whole society and among all citizens. It is an important premise to realize the rule of law. As the reserve force in the front line of national construction and production, the students of higher vocational colleges are not only related to the healthy growth of college students, but also related to the process of the rule of law and modernization of the country. In recent years, the problems of students breaking the law and violating discipline or even crimes exposed in higher vocational colleges are on the rise, which reflects that the education of rule of law in higher vocational colleges needs to be further strengthened and improved. Based on the analysis of the present situation and causes of the education of students' idea of rule of law in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions.
