五年制高職班級文化建設(shè)探討和研究

【摘要】:五年制高等職業(yè)教育是以培養(yǎng)高級技術(shù)型應(yīng)用人才為目的的一種高等職業(yè)教育,是我國職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的重要形式。五年制高職學(xué)生的年齡階段和學(xué)習(xí)周期等特征決定了五年制高職教育管理具有一定的特殊性。在五年制高職院校中,學(xué)生團體聚集的基層組織,學(xué)生經(jīng)常生活于其中并能使他們緊密聯(lián)系的基層群體就是班級。班級是學(xué)生在學(xué)校中最基本的活動場所,同時班級又是一個同輩人具有較高文化同質(zhì)性的集合體,是學(xué)生個體群體交往的場所,是在各種交往活動中體現(xiàn)其文化的舞臺。因此,關(guān)注班級,加強班級文化建設(shè),努力營造積極,健康向上的班級文化是培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)學(xué)生的重要措施。 本論文采用多種研究方法,在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對相關(guān)概念做了界定,認為班級文化是學(xué)校文化的微觀呈現(xiàn),是班級的靈魂。它是以班級師生認同的價值觀念,思維方式等精神文化為統(tǒng)領(lǐng),以行為文化,,制度文化及物質(zhì)文化為內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)的班級獨特的生活方式。研究中對于筆者的班級文化建設(shè)案例進行探討分析,在理論的指導(dǎo)下反思和批判五年制高職班級文化建設(shè)的實踐過程,對取得的成果進行總結(jié)和提煉,提出了五年制高職班級文化建設(shè)的原則,并結(jié)合當代社會發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實狀況及學(xué)生的身心特點探討了相應(yīng)的建設(shè)措施,為今后高職院校的班級文化建設(shè)提供了可借鑒的模式。
[Abstract]:Five-year higher vocational education is an important form of vocational and technical education in China. The characteristics of the five-year higher vocational students' age stage and study cycle determine the particularity of the five-year higher vocational education management. In five-year higher vocational colleges, the grassroots organizations where students often live and are able to connect closely with each other are the classes. Class is the most basic activity place for students in the school. At the same time, it is a collection of peers with high cultural homogeneity, a place where students interact with individual groups and a stage where their culture is reflected in various kinds of communication activities. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to class, strengthen class culture construction and build positive and healthy class culture. This paper uses various research methods, on the basis of existing research, makes a definition of related concepts, thinks that class culture is the microscopic presentation of school culture, is the soul of class. It is the unique life style of the class with the content structure of behavior culture, system culture and material culture. In the study, the author discusses and analyzes the case of class culture construction, under the guidance of theory, reflects on and criticizes the practical process of class culture construction in five-year higher vocational education, summarizes and refines the results obtained. This paper puts forward the principles of class culture construction in five-year higher vocational colleges, and probes into the corresponding construction measures combining with the reality of contemporary social development and students' physical and mental characteristics, which provides a model for the construction of class culture in higher vocational colleges in the future.
