高職院校技能訓練教學有效性研究

【摘要】:近年來,高職院校教學有效性問題成為學者們?nèi)找骊P注的一個熱點問題。伴隨著社會對高素質(zhì)技能型人才的大量需求,高職院校得到了空前的發(fā)展。高職院校具有和其他普通高校不同的特點,如果說教學質(zhì)量是普通高校的生命力,那么,技能訓練教學質(zhì)量就是高職院校的生命力。然而,通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),高職院校技能訓練教學的效果令人堪憂,教師的一部分教學行為出現(xiàn)“無效”、“低效”,甚至是“負效”的現(xiàn)象,導致一部分高職生畢業(yè)后很難勝任工作崗位的需求。因此,高職院校必須結(jié)合自身的特點,探尋有效的技能訓練教學策略,培養(yǎng)適應實際崗位需要的高素質(zhì)技能型人才。 本文共分五個部分:第一部分主要闡述了本研究的問題提出背景、研究意義、文獻綜述、及研究方法;第二部分分析了高職院校教學有效性的內(nèi)涵、特征及理論依據(jù);第三部分分析了影響高職院校技能訓練教學有效性的因素;第四部分筆者選取了東莞職業(yè)技術學院為例,對高職院校技能訓練教學有效性的進行個案分析,通過對調(diào)查結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計分析,,得出帶普適性的意義;第五部分從校企合作教學、激發(fā)高職學生學習動機和興趣、高職院校技能訓練教學的組織與實施、高職院校技能訓練教學的評價這四個方面,提出提高高職院校技能訓練教學有效性的策略。使教學雙方能相互了解以達到師生教學和諧,學生不斷發(fā)展,教師不斷進取,實現(xiàn)提高高職院校技能訓練教學有效性的目的,為高職院校提供借鑒。 本文探討了提高高職院校中技能訓練教學有效性的相關問題。在一定程度上豐富了提高高職院校教學有效性的理論,對于高職院校技能訓練教學有一定的實踐指導作用。因此,本論文的研究具有一定的理論和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, teaching effectiveness in higher vocational colleges has become a hot issue that scholars pay more and more attention to. With the social demand for high-quality skilled personnel, higher vocational colleges have been unprecedented development. Higher vocational colleges have different characteristics from other colleges and universities. If teaching quality is the vitality of ordinary colleges and universities, then the teaching quality of skill training is the vitality of higher vocational colleges. However, through the investigation, it is found that the effect of skill training teaching in higher vocational colleges is worrisome, and some teachers' teaching behaviors are "ineffective", "inefficient" and even "negative". As a result, some higher vocational students after graduation are very difficult to meet the needs of the job. Therefore, higher vocational colleges must combine their own characteristics, explore effective skills training and teaching strategies, and cultivate high-quality skilled personnel to meet the needs of actual posts. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part mainly describes the background of the research, research significance, literature review, and research methods, the second part analyzes the connotation, characteristics and theoretical basis of teaching effectiveness in higher vocational colleges. The third part analyzes the factors that affect the effectiveness of technical training teaching in higher vocational colleges. In the fourth part, the author chooses Dongguan Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze the effectiveness of technical training teaching in higher vocational colleges. Through the statistical analysis of the results of the investigation, the significance of universality is obtained. The fifth part is from the four aspects of school-enterprise cooperative teaching, motivating the students' learning motivation and interest, organizing and implementing the skill training teaching in higher vocational colleges, and evaluating the skills training teaching in higher vocational colleges. The strategies to improve the effectiveness of skill training teaching in higher vocational colleges are put forward. So that both sides can understand each other in order to achieve the harmonious teaching between teachers and students, the continuous development of students, the continuous progress of teachers, to achieve the purpose of improving the effectiveness of technical training teaching in higher vocational colleges, and to provide reference for higher vocational colleges. This paper probes into the related problems of improving the effectiveness of skill training teaching in higher vocational colleges. To some extent, it enriches the theory of improving the effectiveness of teaching in higher vocational colleges, and has a certain practical guidance role for the teaching of skills training in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, the study of this paper has some theoretical and practical significance.
