遼寧省中職“教學(xué)名師”成長的內(nèi)源性影響因素研究

【摘要】:《國家中長期教育改革與發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》中明確提出:“應(yīng)培養(yǎng)一批教學(xué)名師來帶動教師業(yè)務(wù)水平的提升。”中職教師是中職教學(xué)工作的主要力量,他們的教學(xué)水平直接影響著中職的教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,教學(xué)名師是教師群體中專業(yè)發(fā)展的佼佼者,他們有著崇高的職業(yè)信念、高尚的人格和職業(yè)道德、精深的專業(yè)知識、極強的教學(xué)能力和科研能力,更重要的是他們有著強烈的自主發(fā)展意識。所以,教學(xué)名師是普通教師專業(yè)成長的目標(biāo)和榜樣,名師的示范、引領(lǐng)作用有助于發(fā)掘中職教師成為教學(xué)名師的潛力,對中職學(xué)校培養(yǎng)名師具有重要的參考價值。 中職教學(xué)名師的成長是其堅定的職業(yè)信念和強烈的自主發(fā)展意識發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用的過程,所以,教學(xué)名師成長的關(guān)鍵是其內(nèi)源性因素在起決定性作用,外在因素通過內(nèi)在因素才能發(fā)揮作用。因此,本論文對教學(xué)名師成長的內(nèi)源性影響因素進(jìn)行研究,探索中職教學(xué)名師成長的規(guī)律,為中職教師成長為教學(xué)名師提供有效的成長路徑。鑒于此,筆者選取了遼寧省中職教學(xué)名師中具有代表性的30位進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,并對其成長的內(nèi)源性影響因素進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。 全文共分為五部分,第一部分闡述了研究背景,分析了中職教學(xué)名師成長中內(nèi)源性影響因素的重要性,說明了其研究價值對名師成長的重要意義,并且對教學(xué)名師的以往研究進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述,分析了以往研究的缺失和不足;第二部分闡述了中職教學(xué)名師成長的理論基礎(chǔ),從而構(gòu)建出本研究內(nèi)源性影響因素的理論框架;第三部分介紹了本論文使用的研究方法,并闡述了本論文的研究過程;第四部分對遼寧省中職教學(xué)名師的基本情況和問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計和分析;第五部分主要是根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果對中職教學(xué)名師在成長和培養(yǎng)方面提出的建議。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020) clearly puts forward: "A number of famous teachers should be trained to promote the improvement of teachers' professional level." Secondary vocational school teachers are the main force of secondary vocational teaching work, their teaching level directly affects the quality of secondary vocational education and teaching, teaching famous teachers are the best in the professional development of teachers group, they have high professional beliefs. Noble personality and professional ethics, profound professional knowledge, strong teaching and scientific research ability, more importantly, they have a strong sense of independent development. Therefore, famous teachers are the goal and example of ordinary teachers' professional growth. The leading role of famous teachers is helpful to explore the potential of secondary vocational teachers to become famous teachers, and it has an important reference value for the training of famous teachers in secondary vocational schools. The growth of famous teachers in secondary vocational schools is the process of their firm professional beliefs and strong sense of independent development. Therefore, the key to the growth of famous teachers is that their endogenous factors play a decisive role. External factors play a role only through internal factors. Therefore, this paper studies the endogenous influencing factors of the growth of famous teachers, explores the law of the growth of famous teachers in secondary vocational schools, and provides an effective growth path for teachers in secondary vocational schools to become famous teachers of teaching. In view of this, the author selects 30 representative teachers of secondary vocational education in Liaoning Province to investigate and analyze the endogenous factors affecting their growth. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part expounds the research background, analyzes the importance of the endogenous influence factors in the growth of the famous teachers in secondary vocational education, and explains the significance of its research value to the growth of the famous teachers. And the literature review of the previous research of famous teachers, the analysis of the shortcomings and shortcomings of the previous research; The second part describes the theoretical basis of the growth of teachers in secondary vocational education, so as to construct the theoretical framework of endogenous factors, the third part introduces the research methods used in this paper, and describes the research process of this paper. In the fourth part, the author makes statistics and analysis on the basic situation of the famous teachers in secondary vocational schools and the results of the questionnaire survey. The fifth part is mainly based on the results of the survey on the development and training of the teachers of secondary vocational schools.
