【摘要】：民辦高等職業(yè)學(xué)校是中國高等教育的重要發(fā)展形式之一,為我國的高等教育發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn),包括其對(duì)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)來源渠道拓展、對(duì)社會(huì)教育資源的優(yōu)化配置等方面,已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前中國高等教育不可或缺的重要組合部分。但由于眾多歷史及社會(huì)原因,民辦高等職業(yè)學(xué)校的發(fā)展愈發(fā)變的困難,相對(duì)公立教育的經(jīng)費(fèi)來源與優(yōu)質(zhì)生源,民辦高等職業(yè)學(xué)校必須在教書育人的同時(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)自我生存乃至盈利,這是一對(duì)難以調(diào)和的矛盾。因此,針對(duì)民辦高等學(xué)校的發(fā)展模式、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行相關(guān)探討、研究,對(duì)高等學(xué)校的發(fā)展具有極為重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 針對(duì)這一問題,本文提出以企業(yè)化的視角,看待并研究民辦高等學(xué)校的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題,從而為民辦高等學(xué)校的發(fā)展提供一種新的選擇思路。 首先,本文對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與成長(zhǎng)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行深入的探討研究,對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的影響因素、特征與構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建了企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略決策模型及其基本框架。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,明確了企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的專業(yè)化、一體化及多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略模式,為企業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略理論在民辦高校中的應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 其次,對(duì)民辦高校所具有的企業(yè)化特征進(jìn)行了探討研究,民辦高校的這一特征表現(xiàn)是本文研究的關(guān)鍵,通過民辦高校與企業(yè)既有特征的對(duì)比研究,本文認(rèn)為,民辦高校普通具有企業(yè)的相關(guān)特征表現(xiàn),這一表現(xiàn)包括經(jīng)濟(jì)性、商品性與營利性。 繼而,在以上特征、特性的基礎(chǔ)上,本文利用SWOT分析方法對(duì)民辦高校的外部機(jī)會(huì)、威脅與內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性分析研究,并結(jié)合DS/AHP方法對(duì)所得各因素進(jìn)行排序,以此給出了民辦高等學(xué)校的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略模式選擇方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了以企業(yè)化視角對(duì)發(fā)辦高等學(xué)校發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的初衷,為民辦高等學(xué)校提供了新的、更優(yōu)化的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇。 最后,綜合以上理論方法研究,以大連博文學(xué)校為例,利用論文研究所得發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇方法,對(duì)其現(xiàn)有及未來發(fā)展進(jìn)行了戰(zhàn)略選擇研究,并最終給定與其相對(duì)應(yīng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,驗(yàn)證了本文所得理論方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Private higher vocational schools are one of the important development forms of higher education in China. They have made great contributions to the development of higher education in China, including the expansion of the sources of educational funds, the optimal allocation of social educational resources, and so on. It has become an indispensable and important part of higher education in China. However, due to many historical and social reasons, the development of private higher vocational schools becomes more and more difficult. Compared with the sources of public education funds and high quality students, private higher vocational schools must teach and educate people at the same time. To achieve self-existence and even profitability is a contradiction that is difficult to reconcile. Therefore, it is of great practical significance for the development of colleges and universities to explore and study the development model and development strategy of private colleges and universities. In view of this problem, this paper puts forward to treat and study the development strategy of private colleges and universities from the perspective of enterprise, so as to provide a new way of thinking for the development of private colleges and universities. Firstly, this paper makes a deep study on the development strategy and growth strategy of the enterprise, expounds in detail the influencing factors, characteristics and components of the enterprise strategy, and then constructs the strategic decision-making model and its basic framework of the enterprise. On this basis, this paper clarifies the strategic mode of specialization, integration and diversification of enterprise growth, which lays a foundation for the application of enterprise strategy theory in private colleges and universities. Secondly, the characteristics of private colleges and universities are discussed and studied. This characteristic is the key of this paper. Through the comparative study between private colleges and enterprises, this paper holds that, Private colleges and universities have the related characteristics of enterprises, including economy, commodity and profitability. Then, on the basis of the above characteristics and characteristics, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the external opportunities, threats, internal strengths and weaknesses of private colleges and universities by using the SWOT analysis method, and combines the DS/AHP method to sort out the factors. On this basis, this paper gives the method of selecting the development strategy model of private colleges and universities, realizes the original intention of the development strategy research of private colleges and universities from the perspective of enterprise, and provides a new and more optimized development strategy choice for private colleges and universities. Finally, synthesizing the above theoretical and methodological studies, taking Dalian Bowen School as an example, using the development strategy choice method of the paper, the paper studies the current and future development of the strategic choice, and finally gives the corresponding development strategy. The feasibility of the theoretical method obtained in this paper is verified.
