【摘要】：針對貴州省中等職業(yè)教育的吸引力狀況,本論文采用文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪問法及SPSS統(tǒng)計法�；谘芯坎僮鞯目尚行�,本研究從中等職業(yè)教育招生完成率、流失率、生源質(zhì)量以及學(xué)生對中等職業(yè)教育認(rèn)同度等幾個維度來研究貴州省中等職業(yè)教育吸引力現(xiàn)狀。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):貴州省中等職業(yè)教育招生完成率低、流失率高;貴州省中等職業(yè)教育吸引到的學(xué)生初始人力資本和初始社會資本均較低;學(xué)生對中等職業(yè)教育認(rèn)同度低�；趯W(xué)生對中等職業(yè)教育短期收益和長期收益預(yù)估,影響其對中等職業(yè)教育的認(rèn)可和選擇的邏輯關(guān)系,進(jìn)行原因分析。針對問題所提出的對策建議有:政府層面應(yīng)該轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)觀念,引導(dǎo)社會大眾尊重職業(yè)教育;撤并縣級中職,加強(qiáng)對民辦中職的監(jiān)管;學(xué)校層面應(yīng)加強(qiáng)師資及實(shí)訓(xùn)設(shè)備等方面的建設(shè),營造良好育人環(huán)境,改進(jìn)教學(xué)與管理,提高畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量;市場層面需要嚴(yán)格考核從業(yè)資格并規(guī)范和完善勞動力市場;社會層面應(yīng)該形成尊重職業(yè)教育的價值觀。
[Abstract]:In view of the attractiveness of secondary vocational education in Guizhou province, this paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and SPSS statistics. Based on the feasibility of the research, this study studies the current situation of secondary vocational education in Guizhou province from the aspects of completion rate, wastage rate, student quality and students' acceptance of secondary vocational education. The results show that the completion rate of secondary vocational education in Guizhou province is low and the wastage rate is high; the initial human capital and initial social capital of students in secondary vocational education in Guizhou province are low; the degree of students' recognition of secondary vocational education is low. Based on the prediction of short-term and long-term income of secondary vocational education, this paper analyzes the reason of the logical relationship that affects the recognition and choice of secondary vocational education. The countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems are as follows: the government should change the traditional concept, guide the public to respect vocational education, remove the secondary posts at the county level, and strengthen the supervision of the private secondary jobs; At the school level, we should strengthen the construction of teachers and practical training equipment, create a good environment for educating people, improve teaching and management, improve the quality of graduates' employment, and at the market level, we should strictly assess the qualifications and standardize and perfect the labor market. The values of respect for vocational education should be formed at the social level.
