研究生招生考試中“非認(rèn)知能力”的測(cè)量:概念、實(shí)踐與展望

【摘要】:重視對(duì)非認(rèn)知能力的考察已成為進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化研究生招生考試制度的方向。影響研究生學(xué)業(yè)成就的非認(rèn)知能力包括溝通能力、規(guī)劃能力、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力以及責(zé)任心等,F(xiàn)有的測(cè)量方法,包括量表測(cè)驗(yàn)、結(jié)構(gòu)化面試以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化推薦信均存在著明顯的缺陷。在量表中增加情景式測(cè)驗(yàn)、提高面試的結(jié)構(gòu)性、改良標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化推薦信以及引入傳記數(shù)據(jù)等方法可加強(qiáng)非認(rèn)知能力的測(cè)量。
[Abstract]:Paying attention to the investigation of non-cognitive ability has become the direction of further optimizing the graduate enrollment examination system. Non-cognitive skills that affect graduate academic achievement include communication skills, planning skills, leadership and responsibility. The existing measurement methods, including scale test, structured interview and standardized recommendation letter, have obvious defects. Adding situational tests to the scale, improving the structure of interviews, improving standardized letters of recommendation and introducing biographical data can enhance the measurement of non-cognitive ability.
